Jason was so motivating. I have taken a few of his classes and had a personal session. He is driven, makes sure I am using correct form, even if I have to modify. Hi is funny and keeps the workouts interesting. I love him!

Im a Seattle-based rower and Ive been training with Jason since August of 2016, and have attended mostly personal training sessions. Jason kept our sessions up beat and the time flew by! I especially enjoyed any time we got to train outside. More recently, I consulted with Jason when I needed help making weight for USRowing trials. He met with me and discussed a nutrition plan, along with macronutrients goals, and kept in touch to help me stick to the plan! Weighing-in for races was much less stressful with his guidance.
