Brought a number of items in for alterations and had truly exceptional work done on my clothing items. I had a pair of professional work pants taken in at the waist which required opening up multiple seams and required a lot of skill on the seamstress’s part. I had a delicate silk pajama bottom that was coming apart at the seams and it was expertly mended without altering the integrity of the bottoms. A few other items were so carefully treated and I’m so happy with this work.It is so nice to support a locally owned, family run business especially when their attention to detail is meticulous and they take so much pride in their work. They even honored their original estimate they quoted me for the alterations work even though the cost of the labor for the items actually should have been much higher. Very nice people- I will be going back.

Ive been going to this store since the time I was a student at the UW. Even though I no longer live around the U district I still make the extra effort to drive down here, because they are so nice, professional, clean, and always have a smile on their face! I appreciate the effort with which the owner takes care of my delicate Indian dresses as well :) Thank you for being such a friendly business in the neighborhood.

A lot of OLD reviews, but giving an update for this local family with 20+ years of experience who have taken new ownership.Customer service was quick, easy and very friendly and all of my clothes looked great. I am very particular on how my pants and dress shirts look and they did a great job of paying attention to the details. They helped get rid of some stubborn stains and make sure all the creases and lines are done well to make shirts and pants look really nice.Easy parking and quick turnaround. Highly recommended.

I just recently moved to the area and decided to give Big W a try.Usually when I go to a dry cleaning place, i dont experience the best customer service, but Big W was great and exceeded my expectations.There is new ownership and the customer service was super friendly!! Dry cleaning for all my clothes looked, smelled and felt great. I also had a few difficult alteration pieces done and they came out so beautiful!!!There is a parking lot, which is convenient in Seattle!! Go here if you are looking for a new dry cleaners or are not totally satisfied with your current place!! THANKS HEE AND ROY!!!

My wife and I have been going there for three years pretty much once a month. They have great prices with quick turnaround. Their alterations work is also good. Unlike some of the other reviews, I never have had any issues which I cant say for Windermere and Blue Sky.

Burnt my brand new shirt, and when I challenged them on it, they told me it looked like a stain and I could pay them to clean it away! Awful service, never going back.
