Jim and his team were exceptional! I needed a tub replaced in my rental property. Unfortunately, I dont live in the same state as my rental. I called Tub Cove and started working with Jim. He was extremely professional and went above and beyond to explain things over the phone. He also went the extra mile to do a thorough inspection of my existing tub and surroundings, checking for any possible leaks and water damage. He even went the extra mile to walk down into my garage and check for possible water damage there. This was extremely helpful since I wasnt there in person. We were fit into the schedule within 2 weeks of our first conversion (and this was over the holidays, spanning across new years). The whole job only took 2 days. The teams that came in to do the replacement were professional and cleaned as they went. I would recommend Tub Cove 100% and would most definitely call on them again.

As first-time bathroom remodelers who got in a little over our heads with ideas/overwhelmed with the wide range of companies & pricing out there, Jim took the time to coach us through the whole process, gave us a wide range of options when it came to scale of project, materials and pricing, and then literally helped me turned my Pinterest board dream bathroom into a reality within our budget. You can pick out all your own finishings from any store (we used Wayfair) and then his experts installed new waterproof flooring and even found us an amazing artisan tiler who did the most perfect white subway tile around our new deep-soaking enclosed tub. Our new bathroom is my most favorite part of our house now. Whether you need a repair, just want to replace your bathtub, or want to do a whole remodel like we did, they have experts who can help you with your project. We contacted Tub Cove of Seattle to repair the ceiling and replace the old tub and surround in the single bathroom of our 1917 Green Lake Bungalow. We found our Estimator to be VERY knowledgeable, prompt, resourceful, and best of all, KIND (after all it is a small and very old house with few upgrades). We chose our surround & new tub, and discussed our plan for repairing the ceiling. We paid our deposit and the work was scheduled to commence with-in two weeks. The actual project required two days to complete, with demolition and prep on day one and the installation on day two. The team was quite efficient and respectful as the pandemic required us to be working from home during the renovation. I wish to thank the Office Manager for being so timely with information and responsive to our many questions and concerns. We couldnt be more pleased with the result, and the pictures speak for themselves

Most recently, we contacted Tub Cove when a pipe leak required rip & replacement of a bathtub in an apartment unit. Tenants were unable to use the bathtub until the work could be completed. Tub Cove was absolutely amazing to work with and we could not be happier with the final product. It all started with a radio ad and a claim to provide excellent service and products for less than other companies. They absolutely did what they said they would. Due to Covid, nearly everything was done over the phone, with conversation, text messages and pictures. Jim was wonderful...patient with all of our questions and concerns, knowledgeable and creative. Lexi was simply a delight to talk with and everyone that came into our home to do the work was professional and courteous. Our new, walk-in shower is beautiful! Best decision EVER! I highly recommend Tub Cove, and the great team I worked with, especially Jim and Jeremiah. Tub Cove resolved a cracked shower pan issue in our shower. A previous contractor had neglected to add a solid foundation under the old shower pan, and Tub Cove remedied this (aka saved the day!) The full experience was about 3 weeks from meet and greet to completion. Very speedy! They were very forthcoming with costs from best to worst case scenarios. As well our final bill was precisely as discussed. The final product is perfect and met if not exceeded my expectations. The crew working on my project was polite, professional, and good about communicating as their work progressed. Thank you Tub Cove!

We had a Cambridge tub and marble surround installed to replace a 52 year old fiberglass unit. A few minor installation problems were solved by Tub Cove quickly without delay, and the new installation looks fantastic. The work was done promptly, courteously and professionally. From start to finish - my experience with Tub Cove was fantastic. My job included ripping out tile and dry wall around a tub and replacing it with a beautiful, single piece laminate, along with a plumbing valve update to go from two faucet handles to one and all new bath fixtures. I called to request an estimate, which was promptly scheduled within two days...and within less than a week and a half, had the full job completed. I couldnt be happier with the entire experience from start to finish and would highly recommend the folks at Tub Cove for any shower/bathtub update needs.

I wish I could recommend this company as there are some kind folks who work there. Unfortunately, the person who did our installation did not do a good job and did not clean up after the job was done. When he came out to fix the failed laminate, he apologized for not cleaning up after himself. But then when he was done, he asked me if he’d cleaned to my satisfaction — and argued with me when I pointed out the adhesive he’d dropped on the tub. He then accused “somebody” (i.e., my husband or me) of sabotaging his original work.The work involved removing ceramic tile. Not cleaning up meant that there were shards of ceramic left throughout our bathroom, foyer, and down the hall of my building. This was a safety hazard. Since the mess followed him out to the parking lot, I had to clean after him so that it did not cause injury to my neighbors or result in me getting a fine from my homeowner’s association.While the product itself has been fixed and looks fine, I did not appreciate having to clean up after the worker or dealing with his unprofessional interactions—especially since I’d expressed reservations about having the same person come back to repair.I shared my concerns of the second visit and asked for consideration of my time in the final bill on 4/9/18. Shelley at TubCove agreed the behavior was unacceptable and that she would forward my concerns to the company owner in Arizona. I have yet to receive a response but will update this review should I hear back.UPDATED: I changed my rating from 2 to 3 stars. TubCoves owner called me to apologize for the service we received from the installer. During our conversation, he said they talked with the installer who admitted to skipping a critical step in the installation, which resulted in the failure of the product. They refunded me $150.

The sales reps were knowledgeable and friendly. I had a lot of questions that they answered cheerfully and correctly. The tech guy was super cool, funny, careful and efficient. I had a shower surround that I purchased from Tub Cove 30 years ago and they were still able to match. I highly recommend this company.

Weve used Tub Cove twice, and love them. The service team is very kind, flexible, and understanding. Both our guest and master baths look great, and they were able to get us in quickly. I will say, you have to know what you want to do with your bathroom more than you would with a remodeling contractor. They dont do a whole bathroom remodel, just the tub/shower bit, and the options they have on-hand are somewhat limited. But they will walk you through the pros and cons of different things very effectively. For us, painting ourselves and doing some online research about tubs and faucets was well worth the many, many thousands of dollars in savings. (One full bath remodel estimate from another company came in at nearly $60,000!!!!!, which is 10x our budget.) Plus, its great to know that our money is going to a reliable, honest, local firm.

I was super happy with working with this company! They had been referred by a friend. Their employees were top notch! Would definitely use them again and refer to friends! They replaced with a stainless steel with porcelain tub that will last forever. Other companies I contacted wanted both my husband and I to be in attendence and sounded high pressure. Their salesperson listened and gave me the product I needed to replace my sons bathtub. It looks really nice!

I have had a good experience with the Tub Cove business in the past, starting 15 years ago when they did the first bathroom remodeling. Second project was done in my new home about 6 or 7 years ago. This time they did a remodeling in my second bathroom in the same home. All 3 jobs were done well, I had no significant problem in their previous projects. They are nice people, a local business, and the price is reasonable.I recommend them without reservation.

I contacted Tub Cove on 4/19 for a shower enclosure replacement and have yet to hear back from them. I have since decided to remodel the whole bathroom, guess who I will not be calling.

Tub Cove installed shower surround and glass shower enclosure. Work is beautiful. Installation was fast and professional and loved our installer. We had a miscommunication glitch due to covid delays and my husbands communication skills. Tub Cove was amazingly responsive and wanted to make it right even though the problem was not their responsibility. I am an architect and pretty picky. I would use them again.

Tub Cove was incredible. We called for estimate and within 48 hours they were out, with it scheduled for a week or so later. It was also over the holiday time. They went above and beyond to make this happen! They were amazing!

We had Tub Cove install a new bathtub and shower surround. They were able to source the specific tub we wanted, worked around an awkward sloped wall with a skylight, and had everything done ahead of schedule (8 days after we paid the deposit, everything was completed).

We have used Tubcove to install tub enclosures in our apartment building on Capitol Hill. They have fair in their pricing and excellent in the installation. They have gone over and above to make sure that the job was done right.

Jeremiah came to my 5-unit apartment building and gave me an estimate for installing bathroom surrounds in two of my apartments. One thing I appreciated, was that he explained all the details clearly, so that I understood the whole procedure. They are professional, accurate, on time, cleaned up and their work was excellent. My handyman did the demolition of the previous tilework and tubCove did the preparation and installation of the surrounds. Their rates were a little higher than I had at first expected, but were more than fair in the long run.The other units already had surrounds, installed by tubCove a few years ago, and have proven to be trouble free. If I had any more units that needed a surround, I would ask tubCove to install them also.

Bathtub was broken and leaking last summer. Got a couple references to them for replacement. Surprised to find their pricing was only about half as other plumbers estimated. Only thing was they were so lined up and had to wait for a couple weeks. Replaced tub and surrounding in two days. So far so good after 4 months. Recommend their service.
