Dave and his team have really hit their stride with streamlined systems, accurate fixed fees, great communication and responsiveness. This is rare in the construction industry! We highly recommend them.

Wes Rogers is the general contractor that leads the remodel projects. He is very responsive and awesome to work with. They did a kitchen remodel in one of my rental units which required extra coordination on their part because I wasnt on site. In addition, my condo is located in a high rise building downtown which makes things even more challenging. Anything that came up they addressed and I would recommend them for your remodel.
