I think it must be one of the last of the mens barber shops left in Seattle. No Glam just a good haircut. Not quite as much fun as it used to be with all of these restrictions about social distance in but still the best youre going to find

This place is the best. Ive tried the hipster barber shops in Cap Hill and even one downtown, but Nevas is hands down the best. You cant get a better fade than Nevas.

We had gone to many of the top-rated barber shops on Capitol Hill (there are many) because we live in the neighborhood but none have compared to Nevas in Lake City. While we were in Lake City running errands we saw the barbershop sign outside the shop and thought, let’s take a chance- anything is better than the overpriced places we go. I’m telling you, we came out the happiest of customers. We have been going back for 3 years. We make the drive out to Lake City to get the best cut by AL. Al is the man you want to see if you want your hair to look good.

My little brother got a hair cut here and they ruined his hair line. IF YOUR BLACK don’t ever go here unless you want your hair line to disappear. I don’t know how any barber with basic knowledge does not know where someone hair line starts and ends. SO DISPOINTING. If I could give it a ZERO I would, actually less than zero. I don’t even know how my little brother will attend school tomorrow morning. He’s going to be made fun and get bullied for it. I wish I can share pictures. I would give 0 stars if I could. Lake City is populated with black people, you guys. Meaning if you’re a barbershop you should be versatile in cutting ALL grades of hair. My boyfriend went to get his hair cut (he usually goes all the way to Lynnwood since that’s the only place he’s satisfied with his haircuts) but I told him to go here, since it’s extremely closer. He didn’t pick out his hair before cutting, completely pushed his hair line back, was specified to trim his baby hairs on his hair line and chopped off way too much (clearly didn’t know what trimmed meant). And had the audacity to charge 30 dollars for a choppy cut that our son could have done better with. VERY uneducated barber. Wouldn’t recommend for anybody who doesn’t have thin, straight hair.

My first haircut 4 months ago was Great! The past 3 haircuts have been hit and miss. Yesterday my haircut was uneven and choppy. Al is a nice guy, but the lack of consistent haircuts has me looking for another barber--may have to see someone else next week to fix what happened yesterday. Sorry

I don’t know why they have 4 stars they should’ve have the worst 1 star ever. They messed up my whole hair. lined my back hair all the way up didn’t do what i wanted and they asked me to pay 25 dollar. I recommend anybody not to go there.

My favorite barbershop in Seattle. Al is the best barber. Takes his time. Ask for him and you will not be dissapointed. Anyone else, eh Im not sure, but from what Ive seen and expieranced, hes the best.

Good haircut. Horrible beard/neck shave (clippers only). Missed hairs and left me looking as if I had ran a cheese grater across my neck.

They do razor line ups. Al really takes his time and you can tell on the quality hair cuts he does. Really happy I found this place.

I took my 3 year old for his very first hair cut and Saad did an AMAZING job. He took his time and made my sons hair look super cute. Im really glad I found that place. Saad was very respectful and patient, even though my son was very good at sitting still he was still very careful and didnt rush. He even gave him a lollipop at the end lol.
