My daughter lives within a block of him and there was this loud noise that sounded bad. I was worried about driving the car 30 mins to the guy I normally use. Called Dans and he was able to get me in within the hour. In about 20 mins, he drove the car, put it up on a hoist, and showed me the issue. He told me the cost and that he could have it fixed within 4 hours. 4.5 hours later I picked up the car and the cost was 44 cents more than what he told me it would be. Got to respect and appreciate a shop that can get you in that fast and get the work done when they say, for the amount they say it will be....no call backs saying there are other issues and it will be more than the quote. My experience with him was great and I will use him again.

They do very decent work and provide a pretty good service. Been coming here for almost a year now. The prices they quote you are reasonable and theyre very professional. I trust them working on my car.

Excellent auto repair shop. we are from out of town visiting seattle for a road trip and my fuel pump died. Quang was super friendly and accommodating. he got the pump replaced within a few hours that same day. they even added extra transmission fluid for free. overall super fast service, friendly people and reasonable prices. i don’t usually write reviews but they earned it! highly recommend this shop

I came here to have my cars radiator to be check. The young asian man, Simon, with short hair provide excellent customer service since he was listening to my problem I was encountering with my car. He was patiently listening and inspect the car himself to tried to figure out whats the problem. Once he was able to diagnosis the problem, he wrote down and shown me a clear transparent cost listed for the service fix that was needed to be done on my car.

Fair and honest! I went in about an issue with my break light. The part could only be sourced from the dealership. They did not attempt to charge me for the initial look over and even told me that it (the tail light circuit thingy) was so easy that I could install it myself. I find that very rare for a small auto shop and I will be back with any issues I have with my jeep.

They did a great job on my Passat. It was fast, quick and easy for a great price. The environment is great and welcoming. Everyone is kind and hardworking. I highly recommend going to them.

This is the worst place I have seen. They asked 800 Dollars to fix the ignation, but i did not accept and later could fix it in another repair shop for 120 only. Plus the people working there are very rude and impolite. Do not waste your time and money there.

This place is a joke. The free towing sign is misleading (only on repairs $500 & up, which, not being a mechanic you wouldnt know). The emissions repair sign inside of the shop is misleading (they dont do anything regarding emissions). I had my car towed there two weeks ago, couldnt afford the cost of repair so I had it towed back home. Came back two weeks later the mechanic acted like he never met me before, then asked if I had their shop confused with the repair shop owned by Africans across the street. Come on, I know the difference between a shop ran by Africans & one ran by Asians which I found to be quite racist. Never been to a repair shop before, they completely ruined my experience to the point where Im just going to buy another car instead of getting my car fixed. I hope no one has to experience what I did.

This is a very very bad place to get your car fix, They charged $800 to replaced a pulley tensioner.Later I found out a pulley tensioner is only cost $100 plus 1 hour labor. (just remove radiator fan & 1 bolt to hold the pulley tensioner.)That was the last time I go to that shop,Dont go there,They are not honest people to deal with.
