Friendly and effective desk/phone staff. Also, today my therapist was Ashley, and she was personable and accommodating. She offered to put my clothes in the dryer, as well as switch to a room with a warm table when she saw that I’d been caught in a downpour. She also gave me a little education on what my be the *root cause* of my specific problem, referring to the muscular poster on the wall. I will definitely request her again.

Love this place. Been going to this location even though I moved down south. Super nice staff and even when I yelled at someone (I was having a bad day, week, year...) they didnt judge me for it. Good location and every therapist Ive had has done a damn good job.

Quite possibly had the best massage ever here. Very pleasantly surprised. Ashley listened to everything I said I wanted and did a phenomenal job. You can tell she’s very knowledgeable and has been doing this for awhile. Can’t recommend enough. Will definitely be back.

A good friend referred me to Massage Envy. What a great find. I read a review below that gave only one star based on one massage. (Obviously that person doesnt get the idea. They are probably just a bitter competitor.) ME has over 20 massage therapists (Who else does that?) To base a review on one experience with one therapist when they have over 20 professionals on their staff is kinda - well - dumb. I had one or two mediocre massages when I started my membership - and I simply choose to not go back to those particular therapists. I now have three therapists at Capitol Hill I work with that are awesome. - And only $59 - are you kidding me??? A massage is $120+ at any spa. What a great idea and the staff at Capitol Hill are really nice. They always greet me by name when I walk in the door. If you want a delightful way to retreat and spoil yourself, you need this place :)

I am always weary of trying a new therapist, but the manager paired me with Laura....Phenomenal!!! She had expert knowledge of craniosacral and combined several techniques to give me the best relief. My only regret is that I dont live in the area to see her on a more regular basis. I absolutely recommend her!!!!

Been going to this location for almost 3 years. Great front desk costumer service and Misty my therapist works miracles. Im a nail tech with major back issues and after each visit its like Im fully cured. Honestly dont know what I would do without this place. If I could Id give them 10 STARS!!!

Great massage envy location. Ive had massages from many of the therapists here, and Ive been pleased with them all. The atmosphere isnt great, but its about what you would expect from massage envy.

I have got many massages before, but the one I got today from Ray was amazing, perhaps the best I have had in my life. Front desk staff were super friendly, even though I stated I probably wont become a member. However, I am seriously considering to become one now :)

Its like the McDonalds of massage spa. Like a big mac, its the same massage wherever you go, whoevers giving it. Tries hard, but soulless.

Best present my husband has given me. Every yr he gets me a yrs worth of messages.

I was a member with them for about 2 years. When I decided to end my membership they made it impossible. They kept telling me that a membership associate would call me back to cancel. They refused to take my credit card off file immediately saying that this was not their process. Im calling my bank to make sure the charges are declined.They once canceled an appointment with me and asked me to reschedule. I called them back 5 min later to say I couldnt make the new time, and they tried to charge me a cancelation fee! These guys suck.

Ok ok, get the 1&1/2 massage at least. The 1 hour massage is to rushed.

Low pressure, great therapists. Key is to tell exactly what you want and you will get a great massage.

My massage experience at this location has been lackluster and I would cancel my membership if I wasnt locked into a contract.

Very reasonable prices but very uninspiring massages. You have to try many therapists to find a good one but they still arent as good as other non-chain places.
