Joe came by and inspected the septic system with camera and verified all is functioning well. This was a second set of eyes after an initial inspection by another company said a full replacement was needed. Honest and also installed a recirculating pump not on the call for service.I would recommend Macho for all your plumbing needs.

I have used this company multiple times installing new toilets, sink repair, and a foundation leak. They are very skilled and do excellent work. The prices are great and they stand by their work. As a female I have felt other companies try to take advantage. The Macho guys always take time to explain to me what and why needs to be done. They are worth every penny. Plus they always clean up their mess and present them selves professionally.

I was having trouble with getting proper water supply to my ice maker. Two companies were unable to fix it. Macho had re-plumber my house when I first moved in, so I called Alfredo out to see it he could figure it out and in 10 minutes he had it sorted.

I had an issue with the lift station for my septic system and the company that I previously used stopped doing residential repairs. After many calls to other companies with no luck at all, I finally happened upon Macho Contracting. Alfredo Zapata returned my call within an hour and had the problem diagnosed and fixed the same day. His professionalism and expertise was a welcome change!

Our septic system backed up and we knew we needed some repairs to get it back in working order. I called Macho Contracting and Alfredo, the owner, came out the same day to take a look. Immediately, Alfredo diagnosed the problem and took the time to explain how the whole system works and why he felt this was the problem.He was very kind to answer all of my questions in detail. He also took the time to assess the access into our yard and determined we could not get a drill rig in to bore a new seep pit.He recommended that we change the system to a leach field for better operation.I called around and got more opinions and quotes, however nobody seemed as knowledgable or trustworthy as Alfredo.Alfredo and his team got us scheduled for the job within a few days and performed the work. His team was amazing, they are so nice and courteous. They dealt with me asking questions everyday and truly cared about making me comfortable with what they were doing. On a side note, Joel is an amazing equipment operator, he took great care when trenching to miss all of my irrigation pipes.I will be using Alfredo and Macho Contracting for all of my plumbing needs moving forward, in fact we already have them scheduled to do an ADEQ certification on a house we are selling as Alfredo and Joel are certified NAWT/ADEQ Inspectors.Thank you Alfredo and team, you have restored my faith in contractors!

We had the best plumbing experience with Macho! The owner, Alfredo is super responsive (responded to our emergency call on a Sunday evening) and promptly came out the next day to provide an estimate for replacement of our hot water heater.He took his time and measured the (very tight) space before providing the estimate. I had other plumbers in my garage trying to sell me hot water heaters AND service plans after just glancing at the space. When asked if a new heater would fit I was told probably not and then they tried to convince me to go with a 40 gallon tank (same price though!) because that would fit. Lazy!Alfredo took his time and ended up recommending one brand over another due to its dimensions. He also promptly and clearly answered my follow-up questions over email. The price was fair too! It was actually $50 more expensive than the best quote we received (which ended up being SO worth it!) but I had a gut feeling that Alfredo was a honest guy and would do good work and I didnt feel pressured like I did with the other plumbers, so we went with him.We were VERY happy we did. He and his crew are so responsive, arrived on-time, worked well and quick but didnt rush or cut corners. They took the time to show my husband certain things so he knows how to do them in the future and noticed a block in our air handler (right next to the hot water heater) and fixed that for us free of charge! Apparently Alfredo use to do HVAC work. Wow. Clearly a very talented guy and a good guy too!

Alfredo was awesome! We had three water heaters and a water softener replaced. It was done really well and quickly. Alfredo was knowledgeable and friendly...and even helped troubleshoot another issue once our job was done. Would very highly recommend and will use them again.

I called the office yestarday, Alfredo (owner) picked up the phone, answerd all my questions, explained everything in detail. He came to the property himself and spent hours and hours doing the inspection himself to locate the septic tanks, measure them.Most importantly he didn’t throw around any numbers without seeing the job (which most septic plumbers do). He previewed the job first, then gave me a reasonable estimate. He was super professional, honest and helpful. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Macho Contacting LLC.
