Cant speak highly enough about Belsito Plumbing from our experience with them. We had a slab leak, 2 burst hot water pipes traced and bypassed. It was decided to reroute the pipes which is a big job. We were so fortunate to have a great crew who worked long and hard. Robby, Mikey and Jeffrey went above and beyond, were courteous and kind and kept us informed all the while over the 3 days. As you might expect with these complex jobs there were snags but they worked as a team and came up with solutions. On the final, long day they even swept and tidied up, though they must have been so tired. Also we had Louis and Tom on the administration side whose experience was invaluable and much appreciated. It was completed on time, they were very careful on the installation to minimize any impacts to the landscape, they installed a new leach field system while finding the right spot for it, filled the area, and contoured the area to provide proper drainage during the rainy season. When I decided to sell my house I ended up hiring another less then reputable company it turns out to inspect my septic system only because I was crunched for time. When they failed the inspection I was suspicious because Belsito had been out to do some repairs a year earlier. Granted, things can happen but I asked Belsito to come and redo the inspection. From speaking with Krista in the office, who has always been courteous and friendly and always did what she said she would do in a timely manner, to Kenny and Tom, who I believe did the scheduling, and consistently followed up with me throughout the process. Kenny also made some after hours and weekend calls to me to make sure everything was on schedule. And lastly there was Ronny and J.B. who did the actual work. Ronny kept me apprised of everything he was doing, completed the inspection and even made sure the house was secured when he left as someone had been there trespassing. These guys all went above and beyond and I highly recommend their company and personnel.

BEWARE - They hire UNLICENSED contractors to do their work. Our home warranty company, 2-10 sent Belsito plumbing out to check on a slab leak we had. They sent Charles, who was nice, and Charles brought his manager Shane Prince. Shane completed a lot of work but never finished, took off with our money, and wasnt licensed. He did all this work on the side, but wearing Belsito Plumbing uniforms (him and Charles). Belsito fired him a few months ago, but that doesnt make up for the fact that they were okay having someone do these jobs thats NOT LICENSED! Turns out his licenses have been revoked for years. Just be cautious on who you let do your work. In AZ, anything done over $1,000 in your house requires a license. Hope this helps someone avoid the expensive mistake we made working with this guy and this company.

I would not recommend these guys for any work at all. So I have a clogged main drain call them out here. Gentleman shows up and says he clears the leakbeen here less then 30 minutes and its a $300.00 charge which would have been totally fine if it solved my problem. Few days later I smell raw sewage walkaround house see that the caps were not put back on the risers after he cleared the leak so Im not sure how long I was backing up again. Call the company backthey say if i want someone back out they are going to charge me again for the same problem I had them out in the first place for. We get in an argument then theManager calls back we go back and forth a little bit then he says that he is going to get someone back out here to see if we can fix the problem. Now its been 30 hourssince the call back and I have yet to hear anything. Just handed this company $300 bucks for nothing. Run from the hills from these guys!!!!

Look elsewhere! They told us we needed a new septic tank but considering we just had it inspected, Im pretty sure they played us. Broke our sprinkler system and put in a new one which didnt work. Brought in rocks and just dumped them in random piles. We can literally see our septic tank sticking out of the ground because they didnt bother covering it correctly. Completely ruined our backyard and no professionalism at all. I could go on. Save yourself the headache of dealing with people that dont answer their phones after you paid them and seriously look somewhere else.

I phoned Belsito after reading a review on Nextdoor. We needed someone who could not only clear our drains, but fix a 10ft. belly in our pipe. From the very start (even the phone call) to the clean up, the customer service we received was outstanding!!! Jared took his time explaining our situation and what needed to be done to get the job fixed! Thankfully he was able to fix our mess through the basement ceiling,saving us the nightmare of digging up our tile and the cost to do so. He did have to cut a good chunk to get to the pipes,but was very careful NOT to disrupt the speakers. He was very careful to drape everything prior to, and saw that it was all cleaned up when he was done. His manager, I believe, came to check on his work, and left shortly thereafter. We recently had a water main break in the afternoon and Belsito Plumbing saved the day with a quick response time and plumbers that were ready to work and solve the issue quickly. The repair was made and the water was restored with very little inconvenience. I have used Belsito in the past and will continue to use them in the future.

This is the second time I had to call for help from Belsito plumbing. Last year our septic tank was over flowing and needed pumped out, and this year it was a clog at the entrance to the tank. Both times I called just happened to be a weekend. These things always seem to happen on a weekend and usually when you have house guests. Belsito plumbing has always been quick to answer my calls and respond to my urgent requests. They do a great job and at a very resonable cost! The staff is always friendly and they go out of their way to explain everything to you as they are getting the job done. The first time they said they were sending someone ASAP; six hours later a plumber showed up. The problem was not solved properly so I had to call again today. I told them it was an emergency. They said they could not come out. Our company will never use them again.

Last week Belsito diagnosed a broken pipe below ground in our newly remodeled kitchen. I was worried the work would demolish a lot of our remodeled flooring, etc. Jacob, Nick, Michael, Jacobs brother (do not recall his name) and the locator man were all so courteous, professional and careful to do as little harm as possible, even though it made their work more difficult. Especially Jacob and Michael really worked their tails off while nicely answering my many questions. They did a great job and I highly recommend Belsito. AVOID this company at all costs. We spent $6700 with them 4 years ago to have our entire sewer and water line replaced. Recently we had a draining issue that was diagnosed by another company as a belly in the drain line. When we contacted them they claimed that they would do right by us and rectify the situation. While I understand that a company should not have to warranty their work for ever, the fact that they only warranty the work for a year, speaks volumes to the quality of their workmanship. A price was agreed on the repair work. They then proceeded to start putting us off on the repair claiming emergency situations. When a technician arrived monday, he was clueless to what the issues were. Went to this truck to call in to base and left There was multiple communications with this company and another technician was dispatched Tuesday. He was also quite unaware of the situation. He at least was apologetic and did communicate with is in a more professional manner. It is as if there were no internal communications within this company. Finally after the latest emergency declaration I called the the owner, he basically said, we are going to pass on this work and hung up on us. Incredibly unprofessional company. In a way I am happy that they refused to do the work as that is only rewarding shoddy workmanship and poor customer service. DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

These guys quoted my mom 475 dollars to repair a 3/4 sprinkler line. They quoted 3 hours of labor. Their trip to the homedepot down the street (5 miles) ended up taking more then a hour. During their extended homedepot trip I ended up fixing the pipe myself with a box of spare pvc parts and a shovel. I will also be writing a 1 star review on other sites such as yelp. I strongly urge you to look elsewhere for plumbing repairs. This company is out to make a quick buck with customers they can take advantage of because they dont know anything about plumbing.

I had had occasion to use Belsito Plumbing for several small jobs in the past and had been thoroughly satisfied with both their pricing and their workmanship on these occasions so, when it came time to switch over an older Phoenix residential property from a septic tank to the city sewer system, I naturally invited them, along with several other well-regarded local plumbing companies, to bid on this bigger, more complex job. I am glad that I did: not only was their total bid (including all work, materials, permits and inspection fees) lower than those of their competitors, but they were also able -- by bringing in extra workers and equipment when bad weather threatened to interfere with the project -- to finish the job in two and a half, rather than four and half days. In a nutshell: I am well-pleased with Belsito Plumbing, and would not hesitate to call on them in the future for any of my plumbing needs, either big or small.
