LIARS AND THIEVES!!!that about says it all
I was told I would get a refund due to an unfortunate event at the rental property and was unable to use 2 bedrooms when I paid for a 3 bedroom house. After my stay I called customer service to share my complaints and the rep was so rude and said he couldnt help me and the property manager would have to call me... he never did. I am still try to get my refund! I am still having to hold over 5 hrs and still can not get an answer. I will never use them again because of their customer service being so terrible!!
I would have chosen 0 stars if possible. We reached out to Vacasa AZ to inquire about an upcoming booking in the Tucson area. The rental property was adjacent to the evacuation area for the ongoing Bighorn Fire and we wanted to ensure their policy for any evacuation procedures and/or refunds if necessary. After 3 days with no response, we now notice that the property has already been booked for our requested stay. We are beyond frustrated and disappointed in the lack of response from Vacasa and will not be booking a Vacasa managed property again.
They have very bad customer service. The three agents I talked to had bad attitudes and were not helpful. It seems there companies only motivation is money, money, money. Three times I was told that someone would call me back and they never did.I would never rent with Vacasa again!!
Bad processes, ignored my communications or long wait times only to be hung up on. Dont use people you dont know.
