David Arustamian first contacted me at the start of the Covid pandemic out of the blue about our real estate needs .. he was calm, a great listener and very polite and most of all extremely knowledgeable about the market and real estate in general at that time we just signed a year long lease with our tenants for our condo.. throughout the year he would touch base with me on and off and it was always a very pleasant conversation between us and towards the end of the year he remembered that I told him we may or may not sell after our tenant lease was up. It was all great timing and his persistence and his personality that won us over ... we decided to list with Russ Lyon, Sothebys solely for his reputation and what I knew about him from talking to him. We are so GLAD we did. It was the best decision ever! He came viewed our condo, gave us some great pointers and told us exactly what he would do to get it sold at top dollar for us and less than a week later we had an above asking price, all cash deal and from start to finish it only took 19 days! We were blown away at the great care, extreme responsiveness of him and his team and literally we sat back while they did all the work! He has made a client of us for life! We had Jordan Cohen come to our door even though we have huge no soliciting sign. He rang the doorbell while we were working and on business calls. The signs are there so that we are not disrupted while working. To top it off, the guy is not even wearing a mask. Needless to say, we didn’t answer the door and we also notified the rest of our neighbors. Complete lack of professionalism from Jordan.

Confirmed a viewing online with this company for a property I was completely serious about potentially renting. Never heard from them after. Should get 0 stars for their terrible customer service

Was working with Geanne Shanahan. I explained that I was a military veteran going to school and interested in a house. She told me I was not an ideal candidate, so I told her I was no longer interested because I would rather be an ideal candidate. She then said I was vile. I apologized for the miscommunication, but she did not.Expect more professionalism, demand a better company than someone who treats people this way. Maybe she had a bad day.
