In reference to the first comment below, We were never a property management company. not sure what this young lady was talking about. All of our agents are knowledgeable in Todays Real Estate market. Susan Paul (Owner) and Bonnie Morgan provide excellent new technology and weekly training on everything Real estate. I have never met such a great group of agents and brokers! I would choose better homes and Gardens because its the Better choice!

The property manager Gina Nelson is very unprofessional and rude. The company is unethical and will hide behind so called Arizona Law to justify their unethical behavior. Do not sign a lease agreement with this company. You will regret it. As the tenant you will be responsible for everything as if you were the owner of the house. The worst experience of my life.If you see Better Homes and Gardens Move Time Realty move on to the next property.
