I have been a customer for a few years now using their Termite services, and within the past year started adding pest control services to which you purchase 3 months upfront. During the month of May my scheduled pest control service did not happen. When I called to see the reason, Debra was very defensive, rude, and lacked the proper customer service experience for a business. She blamed me for not answering my phone and voicemail (i have no records of a missed call/voicemail). Yet she was unable to tell me the time of the calls nor did they try to follow up after. I find this hard to believe considering theyve contacted me before at the same number and they have my email. She told me i had to use my month I PAID for by this week or i lose it. Yet there was no availability at all this week except for one 2 hour window that did not work for me. Her actual words was use it or lose it. She refused to provide any kind of solution such as rolling over to next month, refund, etc. This is the 2nd month ive had to call them to follow up as to why my scheduled service wasnt done.I will not be renewing any further services with them after my final month of pest control. This includes my Termite warranty when its up for renewal.Its a shame because the technicians that come out are very friendly. But the opposite could be said with their customer service. Any company that will just take your money and tell you use it or lose it does not deserve my business.

Great service! Great prices! Eddie came and serviced our home. He took his time, made sure to get every nook, cranny and didn’t miss a spot! He calls the night before to confirm what time he will be there the next day, answers any questions we may have, no matter how annoying the customer might be. He is SO patient and informative! I recommend 480 for buyer clients and sellers who have concerns about termites. They offer a free inspection and a wood report for only $43. That is the cheapest one youll find. They also have extremely low rates on treatment packages.

I have used this company for many years. The service and prices are great! They follow through on scheduling and warranty renewals. I would gladly recommend them.

Lee and Deborah knocked it out of the park for me! I am a real estate agent and the buyer had hired another company to do the inspection. I was able to get 480 out to the home within days and they completed the treatment and provided a report. It wasnt noticed until after the report was finished that the prior report had an error on it which caused much stress as the home is closing soon and the report needs to be clear for the Veteran buyer. Lee didnt hesitate, jumped in his car, did the repair needed to provide a clear report so the lender can fund the loan and the buyer can close on time. I wish there was a 10 star option as it is well deserved.

They have good customer service. one thing i like for sure is their appointment windows are about a 1 to 2 hour windows. so it narrows your appointment to a better time of arrival window. Ive had other services provided in my home that have you waiting almost all day or 4+ hours. as far as their chemicals why lie wouldnt know to compare to other pest control companies. i just know i havent seen a bug since Ive been using them. one more thing they call me to set up appointments. which nowadays with everyone so busy we need.

We purchased our home in 2012. The house was mostly vacant. Previous owner visited for a couple weeks every other year since it was built, 1998.The inspection showed extensive termite damage that owner had to repair. Her realtor asked us if we had a preference & our realtor recommended 480 Termite. They came to house 2 days later, drilled numerous holes in floor grout & heavily treated it and baseboard areas, ceilings, plumbing entry points, as well as patio walls.Evidently, home was never treated before. They trenched entire perimeter which included 5 year warranty. As expected, since this was first major treatment ever, an occassional spot would appear every few months the first year which they would promptly treat. The last 2 years showed no signs of activity.They are courteous on the phone, explaining everything and answering all questions. The techicians have always been friendly, courteous, and professional. We renewed the contract and inspection was done within a week.We will recommend them to everyone.Raymond PetersenStephen Knapp

We never had service w/ these folks however we were sent a warranty renewal for $300 with what looked like a bill stating our last service from them was the prior month although we never had any contact w/ them ever. They filled in this bill w/ info they mustve scoured off the internet because it had an older phone number from about six years ago from when we lived over 100 miles away! At best: shady advertising practices, at worse: scammers.

I am absolutely angry with this company! They say 3 different things, provide written letters offering your warranty with no date that they claim expired and just overall a horrible company when you are in a situation. I would NOT USE THIS COMPANY AS I HAD THE WORST EXPERIENCE IN THE WORLD. NEVER HAVE I BEEN SO ANGRY WITH A COMPANY WHO CLEARLY DOES NOT VALUE A CUSTOMER, HONOR THEIR OWN AGREEMENTS PROVEN IN LETTERS SHOWN AND PRINTED, AND THEN JUST LEFT AFTER CAUSE THEY DO NOT WANT TO HONOR. Do not get lured-in by their promise of a 1 year service contract/warranty and service. This company does everything possible to dodge services and to avoid doing the work you have already paid for. I had never experienced the level of rudeness, indifference, carelessness and total disregard for customer service that I faced dealing with Debra and 480-Termite company.Do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

The staff here are friendly and knowledgeable. Definitely a go to when you have a bug problem.

Mike was very rude. He came into my house without saying hi or introducing himself he started spraying my house and on my dogs food and he wasn’t carful with our furniture or anything. Very rude. Customer service sucks! The job he did I could of done myself I’m so upset! Don’t hire 480 termite

We found out we had termites, I called them the next morning, and the problem was taken care of by lunchtime at I very reasonable price.

We are very impressed with the attention Larry, the technician, paid to our pest problem. This is our second time having him come out and we have now decided to have a bi-monthy service to stay ahead of any future problems.

480 Termite and Pest did a termite inspection for a property that we had in escrow. The inspector said there were visible Sub termite stains, which is true. However, he completely failed to note the more than obvious evidence of previous treatment. I spoke with the inspector who said he did not see any treatment which is an impossibility as it is so clearly visible you could see it from 25 feet away. Somehow he was able to see 1 tiny termite stain and not the multiple core drill holes from a previous treatment. I made a phone call to the company to express my concern of the incompetence of their technician that cost me a buyer. Debra the manager answered the phone, she was so rude and and defensive. She told me her tech did not see the drill holes and so he could not put it down in the report. I asked how he could not see the multiple drill holes next to the 1 tiny termite tube stain. She then hung up on me in mid sentence. I want whoever reads this to know, I was not angry as we had a back-up offer in place. I made a simple phone call to inform the management of the company that this was a rather large mistake and they should look into it. I would want someone to tell me if this was my company, but this company does not care about their reputation or their work. They either dont know what they are doing, dont care, or both. STAY AWAY!!!!!

I am purchasing a home that this company said they did a full house treatment for termites and two weeks later I went on a final walkthrough and the problem was worse. The termites had eaten right through the garage dry wall. I only hope this company will honor the transfer warranty and fix this problem right. Both inspectors said it looks like a spot treatment and shabby at that.

Their employee apparently doesnt know how to drive on the 202 and didnt even turn their turn signal on before changing lanes and basically would have ran into my car if I didnt hit my breaks. This happened at 8:55am on December 8th. Maybe before trying to get rid of bugs get rid of the hazardous driving employees you have working for you.
