They rarely answer the phone and may wait up to 1.5 months to bill you, creating confusion and lack of communication.

My wife and I have been clients of Alliance Pest Management since we moved to Troon North almost 4 years ago. They have always provided excellent service. For the first year or maybe 18 months or so, administratively there were some problems - including scheduling, timeliness of the scheduled appointment - but the extermination service was very effective. And we had a dove nesting problem which needed screens attached to exterior balcony rafters and Alliance did an excellent job. In fact, Ive recommended to neighbors Alliance for this very service and they were highly satisfied. Currently, Lisa, who schedules us on a monthly basis, and Richard, who comes to our house each month, are exceptionally responsible and professional. I honestly recommend them.

Totally not one to leave negative reviews but I do like to save people time and money. Attempted to work with this company. It took a full week to get an appointment, then the technician arrived a full half hour before a 2:30 appt and when I arrived at 2:10 (rushing home from work as I had literally told them the day before) they had already left a sorry we missed you note... By the time I could get ahold of someone at the office at 2:30 they gave excuses and offered to reschedule?? No thanks! Immediately found another local company for a better price that will be here in 2 days.

We are very pleased with the service. Our technician is Ryan; and he does a great job, especially with controlling the scorpions.

We had them come to our property to give us an estimate. We agreed to go with their treatment and it has been nothing but headaches ever since. Ive been calling every day for over a month in order to speak to the inspector about an issue that came up. He called back once, we agreed that I would call back the next day and then again, no call back. I spoke to his front desk every day for weeks and to this day he has not called back. I would not recommend this company... I feel terrible giving a bad review but in all honesty it has been nothing but issues.

I would give this business a 0 star review if I could. Scheduling was a nightmare, no warning call ahead before the owner came out. Had to remind them of our 2 scheduled appointments and then the last straw was the desk employee Darla, argued with me about a scheduled appointment I know we finalized a week prior. I worked there for almost a year and i was promised free pest control. As soon as I left, they send bills for services I was suppose to receive free. The owner Paul K is dishonest and a liar and the only person giving this business a 5 star rating is their own employee Ryan whos a tech there and Lisa who is the receptionist. This shows that they train their employees to manipulate the consumer with lies.

Our pest control guy showed up and did not do a standard spray. After being in pest control I noticed he was doing everything wrong. He did not spray along the baseboards, did not treat plumbing voids with boric acid, and he deliberately sprayed my 11 month old daughters toys. I would steer clear of this company. The company was supposed t o show up a week ago and was a no show after we worked hard to get our place ready. There was no phone call or anything.
