Parking was an issue, parking was not clearly defined
Ive had my business here for 3 years, and really enjoy it. The receptionists are awesome and its a clean professional space for my patients to walk into.
Nice building and waiting room but needs better parking oversight. Limited handicapped spaces and each one had a car in its space with not one handicapped placard in sight. My mom was handicapped so I am observant to parking availability.
I want to start by saying my review is in no way a reflection of the staff that runs this particular location. This review is based on my experience with this organization as a whole, mainly their customer support team.Ive had the absolute worst experience with the billing department of Regus. The horribleness all started when I first signed the agreement online and its supposed to take you to a payment page. Their website errored causing the entire process to fail. You submit a customer help desk request and it took them literally well over a week to even respond. Their website and apps are glitchy and their contracts and deposits are ambiguous. They require you to cancel your contact on the website, what they dont tell you is that the website doesnt allow you to cancel. I tried to cancel my contact and it wouldnt allow me to. I opened a help desk request and received ZERO response. I opened another help desk request and finally a week later they got back to me and tell me that I have to pay for next month even though I wont be at that location. I moved in on February 26th, I had two days to cancel and the website wouldnt let me. Now I have to pay over $800 for empty office for a month even though I just signed a 1-year agreement for another location in San Diego. They claim to be the founders of flexible office space yet they arent flexible in the least. I just signed a 1-year agreement with them for another location in San Diego. Theyre forcing me to pay for two offices in two locations because I couldnt submit a cancellation within 2 days on their terrible website. How is that flexible?I worked in commercial property management for over 10 years, I understand contracts, deposits, and requirements to manage a commercial space. This organization, however, doesnt have the slightest clue how to offer even the most basic customer service to their tenants.Youre supposed to be able to manage your contract online, yet when you click on your agreement (aka lease) in the website, it is a one-page document that does not list your deposit amounts, only very basic details. My recommendation is to avoid this place at all costs. There are plenty of alternative flexible office spaces out there with much better customer support and options. Ive been a member of several such organizations and this is the only organization Ive ever had this many issues with.
