We have been trying to cancel our month to month agreement since august. We have Been calling and talking to numerous people since then and last month we got an email that we were in collections and owed ANOTHER RETAINER after already paying for one and a month upfront. And they are giving us the run around on how to cancel.Now they keep charging even even though we’re in collections and now they’re saying we had to email them to cancel when we first signed up they just told us we can all or cancel online. We couldn’t cancel online so we called and it never got done. Now they’re charging us for every month even though we called to cancel since august. Will be getting lawyers involved. DO NOT LEASE HERE. very PREDATORY. Very unethical.

Let me first say that I LOVE this facility and the staff are great, but the billing practices -- that are handled by an off-site corporate HQ group -- are absurd at best and predatory at worst.Im a small business owner. Ive had a Regus account for 5 years in some way shape or form and, over the last 3 years of my interactions with them Ive had more disagreements with them over billing than I have with all of my other business services, vendors, clients, etc COMBINED.The last time this happened, they had made billing errors and, to get my retainer back, I had to have my ATTORNEY threaten litigation. Ive been at this office space for 6 weeks and looks like thats what its coming to again. Maybe their game is to do all that they can to avoid repaying a retainer. Its not about the money. Its about the principle. And this is wrong. NEVER AGAIN will I have a Regus or Regus-affiliated service or office. No matter how convenient, the frustration is not worth it.

I absolutely love this office. We are on the 4th floor with amazing views of North Scottsdale. The location could not be any better with shops and restaurants walking distance. Most importantly the staff is amazing. Front desk ladies are always there to assist and help with any of my concerns (if any). Its a beautiful office!

Having been a tenant here for the past 3 months, I can state that the staff, premises and overall facilities are perfect! Every need of our is met with courteous and professional solutions on a timely basis. Happy to post this review about them! Fred

The Regus at the Scottsdale Promenade center is always a great place to walk into. It is an extremely impressive office. Furthermore, staff is outstanding, friendly and very attentive. Im really happy the way my services are with the Regus Scottsdale Promenade.

Love the friendly office staff and amazing view of the city. An exceptionally clean and beautiful environment. The location is conveniently located in the center of a shopping center so I never have to leave for lunch.

Its well organized and pretty spacious. I loved working there, I worked in one of the ProKarma office at suite #410 and its nicely designed, staff was very friendly. You will find bunch of good restaurants there to walk out and eat like maxican and pizza places.

This should actually be zero stars!!!!!Rejuv-Nutrimost is a rip off. I became iron deficient after going thru their restrictive 500 calorie a day program. The supplements they gave me were inefficient, and due to the extreme iron deficiency I experienced after this program, my hair started falling out. I provided blood work to the Dr. to show I became iron deficient and STILL they will not refund me my full program fee of $1895. It took 2.5 months before I could get my iron levels back up enough to stop the hair loss. Not only has the experience of rapid hair loss been embarrassing but also emotionally traumatic. The doctor also lied to me, I have his texts, in which he states he receives no compensation from the Scottsdale office, when in fact he is part owner of that location.
