This place is AMAZING!! I have been in therapy for many years but was forced to switch therapist when mine relocated. I was truly apprehensive but from my first meeting with therapist Ryan Sheade I knew this was the place for me. He has given me much insight on my current issues and has given me many tools to manage my life...Thank you Mr. Sheade!

I have grown up with therapists in my family and can generally gauge which are the ‘real deal’ and Ryan is really it. Everyone I’ve referred to him gives me rave reviews about their experience with him as insightful, warm, supportive, blunt, direct and life-changing (even those who would NEVER have considered seeing a therapist and would NEVER post a public review.)Ryan’s perspectives and ideas really help me untangle personal and professional knots that get tangled in my head. He elicits frequent ‘hmmm, ohhhh, derrr, ah-ha, I’m brilliant’ moments and I often refer to him as my personal Yoda. Not sure what the deal is with the negative review, but clearly they wandered into a different place and didn’t see the Jedi Master Ryan!

Had a terrible experience at Integrated Mental Health Associates and will never go back!!! Was convinced to go off my medication, taken for the last 13yrs, by a therapist there. Ryan Sheade LCSW was his name and title. He has Not provided me with any help whatsoever in doing this. The side effects I have been experiencing are Unbearable! No one should ever have to go thru this alone. It has been a Nightmare! Please avoid this practice if you take any kind of mental health medication. I am scared and suffering.
