Dr. Michael Wright has been extremely helpful to me. He made it easy to open up and create a personal connection, and his patience, professionalism, and willingness to be helpful were above and beyond what I would have expected! I highly recommend him and greatly appreciated his guidance!

The office manager, Kim, is the most unprofessional office manager. She argues and blames every mistake on everybody else, including patients. After her making another error in my daughters appointment multiple times. I went to speak with her about it. She was busy arguing with another patient while I waited. After the patient hung up on her, I tried to explain that she told me that my daughter had an appointment at 1100. She She argued saying that it was my mistake and told me to leave. Unprofessional....Oh my. I am sitting here in my car waiting for my other daughter and the police show up?! She called the police! Saying I smelled like alcohol.... Good thing the police are smarter. NNNNOOO to this place. Save yourself.I amWe will no longer be going to this facility

This office is fantastic! Every person in this office, both providers and office staff always go above and beyond in everything they do! Additionally, Cassandra does such an amazing job at letting you play an active role in your care. They all truly care about their patients and it really does show! Also they go over all office policies and procedures over the phone and when completing paperwork so there are never any surprises when coming in for your visit. From reading some of the bad reviews it looks like people just weren’t following policies, and they weren’t happy with having to deal with the consequences of that. With that being said if you are looking for a patient-centric psychiatric care I would highly encourage you to give them a chance!

After 20 years of receiving mental health services in the Valley, the mental health providers and office staff here are the most unprofessional, unethical, and unqualified Ive seen. If you choose them as a provider, please be careful and be sure you have friends and family that can help support and oversee your care. They do not have pateints best interests at heart, which is pretty terrifying when you understand the ramifications of their treatment. They are putting lives at risk with dangerous treatments that they should not be providing.

Clinical staff is amazing. Had an AWFUL experience with the receptionist but once I reported it to clinical, it was immediately addressed. Cassandra is an amazing practitioner, I’d recommend to anyone. One star knocked off for the receptionist.

Kim in the office is the rudest, most unethical, unqualified and unprofessional person in a health related office I have ever encountered. I am not sure why she is still employed when there are so many qualified, ethical and professional individuals that would love to have this position. I do not recommend this office for any use, especially mental health. It just might make things worse. Beware and stay away.

One of the most compassionate facilities I have ever been to. I was treated like a person, the staff is very caring, and my provider did not dismiss my symptoms. I am so thankful that I found this place, it is has given me my life back.

I am so disappointed in this place as a mental health provider. I called to make an appointment, the girl Kim made my appointment and then called back and told me I needed to get authorization from my general doctor for a therapy appointment and that the copays was 40 rather than 20. I explained that cant be right and I would call and check and call her back. My insurance verified that I was right and told me to give her the phone number on my card. I called her back and told her this info, she continued to tell me I was wrong. I asked her if we could call on 3 way and she said no that if there was an issue I could just pay difference and I said I would rather her verify. She said maybe she could get around to it Monday and I asked why she was acting so angry and she said we can just cancel the appointment. I said I obviously want to make appointment but I dont know why your talking to me like this. She said its been canceled and hung up on me. I cannot believe this is the person you have answering your phones to help someone get a mental health appointment. I am going thru a lot right now and to have someone treat me that way for no reason is inexcusable. You should be ashamed of yourself Kim.

Michael Wright, PA and Dr. Wicklund make a great team. They are compassionate, thorough, consistent, professional and extremely knowledgeable. Their use of electronic scripts makes life so much easier. They are also quick to respond to emails. I only wish I had found them sooner.

Looking forward to meet Dr. Wicklund as Dr. Viera (as per her title) did a lot of damage to this practice. Im writing this review for Dr. Mariela Viera: She was everything but a person who can establish relationship with her patients. I was not convinced for a second that she was competent to understand or care of other people quality of life, as she did admitted that she has never been an influencer, but rather a follower. Im glad she left.I cant wait to see the rest of the crew as I heard so many good thing about this practice, but unfortunately, I had no chance to experience it so far.

Heres the real deal. At MIH, Cassandra actually listens to what Im saying. A meeting with Cassandra is totally, right on. She hears me, she cares about how I am feeling, and she works toward a solution for my problems. I am glad that I found her and MIH!!! thanks, your neighbor, ron :-)

This review is specifically for Dr. Mariela Viera, as she is the only provider I had seen & I cant speak of the whole practice as a whole.I came to Dr. Viera in distress for many reasons. Despite my obvious struggles, I felt as if she mocked me and didnt truly listen to my concerns. She even chuckled once or twice as I explained some of my thoughts, feelings, and symptoms. Who does that?It truly felt as if she was careless. She didnt ask me much about my upbringing, personal history, traumatic experiences, etc and diagnosed me within less than 10 minutes. I asked if she was sure that was my diagnosis, and she said she was confident. I was sent off with a prescription, and 2 weeks on that med caused me to be manic.I came back for a 2 week follow up. She came into the office late, plopped me in a room that was scattered with random belongings, and she didnt even remember who I was. I had to re-explain everything, at least for as long as she would listen. Within minutes, she prescribed me something new and sent me off. I took it for 2 days and became suicidal - something I have never really experienced before. I called her office immediately on a Wednesday morning to let her know and didnt hear back until late Friday.I am currently seeing someone new that has been very attentive and is working with me to really reveal the root cause of what I am going through. Turns out Dr. Viera got my diagnosis completely wrong & I believe its simply because she didnt take the time to really help me.Mental illness is not black and white. Please dont go see her & find someone who will really take the time to listen to you and help you become you again.I havent gone back and I wont again.

At first, I really enjoyed coming here. The staff was very nice and helpful. However, my experience with my psychiatrist was less than ideal. While Dr Viera was very nice and professional during our initial meeting, everything experienced afterwards was abysmal. She forgot to put in the diagnoses we discussed. She then got my records mixed up with another client’s, which could have easily been a major HIPAA violation, and then she sent my medications to the wrong location. I went four days without my medications because of the error. I had asked them to cancel all appointments I had set up with her in the near future, but then they informed me that there was no appointment scheduled to begin with. Also, when I went to the pharmacy today, the pharmacist informed me that the location had not changed. They had not sent the order to the wrong location, again. Luckily, the workers at CVS were able to help me out. I was very excited to come here as I’ve heard many good comments about this organization. But in the end, they have been ridiculously negligent with my case.
