Our physician income relied on our billing company gathering and processing 95,000 ER visits annually at three different facilities using three different dictation companies. Mr. Asterino’s firm is well organized and thorough. Their professionalism in navigating this process was impressive.
I worked at revmd from Jan 2018-Aug 2018. Seriously one of the best places to work. When they say we dont tolerate nor, have drama they are being completely honest. Work environment was amazing, personal work load was manageable. Before I left I had 5 accounts I was looking over, plus the ability to help others. I am very work oriented so I could easily adjust when given new task.I worked in the cash apps department the manager Teresa seriously the best manager I have ever experienced in my working career. She is very understanding and has a way to explain things in a way each individual can understand. Also each department has to lean on another to find the right answers for providers, management and patients. You do not get brushed off and told no by anyone. Each person answers most request within the same hour you asked. Service even between the employees is phenomenal. You may ask why I left? I am a single mom location is important to me. But if they opened a Glendale office I would be all over that in my neck of the woods.I would also like to highlight that Jen not sure her official title. Maybe lead manager? Anyways she is just as wonderful as the rest of the employees. If you have concerns she is quick to help when and where she can. She is also a quick study so for some reason if she has to jump into your client, she will have questions but, youd be surprised she may teach you something you didnt realize you could do.They have created an environment where you dont have to be afraid to ask questions, slightly change methods to better work for you, and if you cant figure something out someone has your back because, the cross training there is pretty good compared to most other places.Seriously grade A company!
What a great company to work with and I do mean work with I have been in healthcare for over 40 years. We have been with RevMD since 2013 maybe 2014. I have never worked with any company that goes the extra mile as RevMD. My contact person is Courtney which is fairly new to the company and a pleasure to work with. There is not enough space to type all the tasks she has helped us navigate.RevMD assist you to solve any issues you are dealing with. If they dont know the answer they are great about finding an answer or suggestion. They even suggested a collection agency they recommended and MACRA/MIPS when we were losing our minds. The owner Chris is hands on and it shows. I cant say enough positive things about RevMD. Well done to all!Kelly/Practice ManagerCentral Dupage Foot and Ankle
Our practice has been with Revmd since 2009 and theyve always been focused on providing us and our patients with superior customer service. If there was any billing issues they promptly addressed it. I have no reservations recommending them.
My husband was overcharged at the doctors office when they collected for his entire visit and not just the patient responsibility. This happened over a 3 month period of time and we have overpaid by approximately $530 per our insurance company. That was fine since it isnt always known if a patients deductible has been met or not. However I called the billing department for the office (unfortunately it is this Revmd) to ask for our over-payment and back I spoke with a rude, young man who told me that we would not get any of the money back until ALL of the open claims are paid. We would not even get the money back for the claims that have already been paid out by the insurance (so double paid). Unfortunately my husband is seen monthly so he will always have an open claim because they are submitted continually. I asked to speak with a manager and was transferred to a voicemail and I am yet to hear back. After speaking with our insurance company and the state Attorney General I was told this is fraud so I will be filing a complaint.
I wish I could give RevMD ZERO stars.Young single mom here. Upon checking my credit report, I noticed some medical bills in collections and wanted to call and inquire. This is how it went:(Monday, 6/26/2017)4:27- young male (20s, sounded Hispanic) answers and I tell him why I called. He tells me I need to know the name of the facility I was seen at. I say ok and tell him Ill find out.I find out the name of facility and call at 4:42- Same voice greets me, Thank you for calling-- hello?Me- hello? (Wondering why he didnt even finish his phone greeting before acting like he couldnt hear me)Agent- *click* (hangs up)4:46- I call back, and he FORWARDS ME TO VOICEMAIL. So I leave a message asking them to call me back and letting them know I was hung up on previously.4:52- I call back AGAIN, SAME voice answers, this time with the whole greeting: Thank you for calling RevMD, who do I have the pleasure of speaking with?Me- Who is this? Please dont hang up on m--Agent- *click*4:55- I call back, he lets the phone ring until literally 5:00pm, then forwards me to voicemail (surprise).Way to go, RevMD. Im not sure if this guy is just a useless worker poorly managed, or if he himself is a scumbag manager. Either way, not only is this completely unprofessional and lazy, its extremely rude. You dont treat fellow humans like that. Come on.Hey, agent. You know who you are. I hope when you see this, you really think about how you affect people. You never know what a person is going through. Please stop being rude. Its selfish. We dont deserve that.
