I was getting my car washed in Ahwatukee And a man saw the crack on my windshield. He asked if he could get info and provide a quote for replacement. He connected me with Steve who helped and assisted. While I was at work. A tech came by and replaced my windshield. Then another tech took it to have my navigation system calibrated. The whole process was smooth and professional. I would recommend and use them again in the future.

Gave me a 5 hour window and showed up literally at 4:55. Not really a problem since they said that was the arrival time, but still kind of surprised they waited to show up til the last minute. No communication with that 5 hour timeframe for an expected time of arrival. Quoted me x back in check form and no check like they had promised. Said it would take 5-7 days for me to get. So either it’s a bait and switch or really poor management skills. Will just stick with satellite since they make it clear when and what I am getting.
