He was on time, prices great, people were sleeping and I asked them if they could be quiet... I didn’t hear a thing then they said it was done and I was in shock, they cleaned the window had a great attitude very helpful over the phone. GREAT Company!!

This guy took my money and never actually fixed the glass. The picture below is the glass he installed broken(his tape job). the glass he said broke when he was on the way to the house (a common problem with this guy). i would highly suggest going somewhere else

I had nothing but a pleasant experience dealing with Marc and the company. I called on a Thursday afternoon to come out and fix a broken window that some horrible tenants caused and they were at my house within an hour. Marc himself came out, took measurements, put in a new window, and left. The whole process took a total of 2 hours by the time I had a called. It was quick, easy, painless, and the window looks great. I would definitely use again and would recommend to anyone.

I have to say that doing business with Marcs Glass was one of the most pleasant surprises Ive had in quite some time. I was fortunate to speak with Marc Lewis who immediately displayed his commitment to customer service and quality workmanship. He had someone out the same day to measure and the installer was actually early the next day. He was very professional, did a perfect job on the installation and completed the job in a timely manner. Compared to others I had called for quotes, the price tag was more than reasonable. I would highly recommend Marcs Glass to anyone!

Do not use this guy service!!!!!!! I needed a window repair and it happened to be on a Friday. Trying to get the service done fast i gave this guy a call because he was open on Saturday. His price was high but fair. The guy never fixed the window though. he assured me it was going to be done Saturday. but when he got to the town home the glass he had broke. he installed it anyway. left and said he would be back Monday. He never showed up. He missed 3 other appointment times he said he would be there. I told him if it was not in by Wednesday at 10am he would be fired. This guy will tell you every excuse in the book. he broke 5 pieces of glass. Lied about his to my face on how he needed to get a different type of glass and STOLE my money. And when True View ( a very proffesional service with better rates and more professional workers) came to fix the glass they said who ever previous tried to ix the window did a bad job. Do not trust this guy!!

Great experience. Im handy enough to do most of my own maintenance and repair but needed to locate a specific size of glass for my living room window. Marc located it and let me know where I could buy it even though he knew I was doing to work myself. He was knowledgeable, helpful, and trustworthy. Called for appointment marc said he would call back Thursday two days from my call. No call so I called him. He said he would be at the sight around two in the afternoon... did not show or call. Called him at 3:00 pm then a woman answered and said he could’nt answer because he was driving and he would call back... no call.What a waste of time. How does he stay in business?

The glass window on our business was broken by vandalism Wednesday evening. We did not notice this until Thursday morning when arriving to work. After calling the police, the next call we made was to Marcs Glass. Marc had his men here within the hour. Their service was done in record time, & done well, & professionally. Marc also went above & beyond, when I told him to call my cell phone because our business phone lines were cut. He suggested that I call our phone company & have them forward the phones temporarily to my cell phone, so we wouldnt lose any business calls. I did what he suggested, & it worked perfectly! I highly recommend the service, pricing & professionalism of Marcs Glass!

Called for estimate early Saturday morning, he went to see the job on Sunday. Said he would come back to do boarding but never did. Provided insurance company with false estimate as he didnt do 1 thing he said he did. Oh and then we received late night txt from him at 11PM regarding the job. Theres better companies out there .

Marc provided excellent work and got here in a hurry on a Saturday. Gave me a good break and some advice on how to fix another window on the cheap myself. Highly recommend him! Stand up guy.

In my 33 years on this earth I had never broken a window on my home. Then I broke two of them in the space of three days! I called a couple of glass repair companies that were either slow to respond or did not appear interested in my business. Marcs Glass responded quickly to my request and scheduled a consultation to come to my home to measure the two broken windows. Marc made quality recommendations for the type of glass to use (using tempered glass on a window close to ground level, due to my children and dogs) and gave me a fair price. He got the two pieces of tempered glass cut and installed from his supplier and they were installed two days later. Quick, easy, and painless. Would recommend again. Hopefully I go another 33 years without needing him, though...

Disaster. Will not return phone calls. Told us they needed to order the window. Then several weeks later with ZERO contact, they said they would need to re-order it? After almost 6 weeks of chasing them down, we obviously had to go with another company. Beware.

I needed a sheet of PlexiGlass cut and found Marcs online. I called and they were very accommodating, worked with me on the price and asked for the dimensions so they could be ready when I got there. I didnt know the exact size so they cut it while I waited. Everyone was very helpful and friendly

Our office would recommend Marcs glass to anyone. We are a behavioral health facility in Phoenix and have had some of our clients get out of control and break upto 10 windows at a time. They were fast to respond and get measurements and coming back same day to get this taken care of, even staying late into the night to help us out. Thanks, you are all great there.

After learning from our tenant that when she arrived home, the patio door window had been shattered late Friday, I searched the net attempting to call several 24/7 emergency window replacement companies. I left my phone number at 3 different places and received no return calls. Fortunately, I got lucky and called the final business, MARCs GLASS. They had the window in stock, arrived at the condo promptly, did the repair and cleaned the mess. AND - still have not heard from any of the other places I called 2 days later!! Thanks, Marc - great job!!

Pretty sure this guy is living out of his van. What a strange experience.

When I came home from work to find that thieves had broken into my house while I was at work, by breaking the glass in my large front window, I did a search for emergency glass repair and found Marcs Glass. The repairman was at my house to replace the glass within 90 minutes of my call, as promised. I really appreciate the fast service, especially after such an unnerving event. I would recommend Marcs Glass for their fast service.

Quality of work was acceptable, but took way too long (2 weeks) and the installer trashed our house leaving boot prints on the counter and shattered glass everywhere. I guess clean up isnt included. Further, they charged me $35 just to come out and estimate my window repair. Then when I called to check on status, they said theyd call back...and never did. I had to call again and again till I got someone on phone, then theyd rush me off the phone saying theyd call back...again, never did. I even spoke to the owner Marc and hed say, so sorry and rush me off. I do not recommend them.

After receiving a great quote we proceeded to agree and pay. After 2 missed appointments and no phone call we then get told the person who gave us the quote is no longer there it was wrong yadda yadda. Then we finally get someone to come out and measure they didnt have the correct order. So there was a second visit same day. Now its a week later they refuse to speak with us. Still havent gotten the products that they have had full payment for for the last 3 weeks. Needless to say go somewhere else. Guy refusing to refund the money. And the company had complaints with the BBB dont always trust the first couple of reviews you read. Dig deeper. I found we werent the only ones who experienced this. On a better note Ally the office gal is sweet and had tried to smooth over the situation I feel bad that she has to take the heat for the owners attitude and the way he treats people. Our situation involves 8 people from 2 different locations in AZ and an awesome couple in CA. None of which he has treated with any amount of decency or respect.

I experienced a home break in on Saturday afternoon. I met the cops at my home Saturday afternoon, by Saturday evening those responsible had been identified. Their parents agreed to pay for the broken glass. Because it was 6pm on a Saturday, I thought I would have a hard time getting in touch with a quality glass repair company. That was not the case.Marc answered o the first call and aalthough he as win Peoria drove to South Chandler to arrange the install. HIs service tech was done around midnight Saturday at which point I received a text message informing me of job completion.Thanks Marc!

I am currently calling vendors to replace a window and I am just amazed how helpful Marc was on a Friday at 5 pm, with answering all my questions and concerns. He really listens.

The owner Marc Lewis is a sketch, broke guy. Hes in another business venture trying to sell ATMs on Craigslist and is scamming people in the Phoenix/Scottsdale area. He even showed me his bank account with $900 in overdraft charges. BEWARE!!!!Also check their BBB rating for proof. All of the 5 star ratings on here are FAKE!

This company is not honest, they want 490 dollar plus taxes for small regular glass to replacce with wood trim, they are overpriiced and they take advantage of some one need the glass same day. Shop around and donot use there service.

I called Marcs glass when the door locks needed replacement in my home.I dont even think he is in business anymore

Great service came in the middle of the night to take mesurments. Next day got everthing done and cleaned up in no time. Very friendly!!!!

Probably one of my worst experiences with a “professional” in his field. Although he was prompt at showing up for the appointment, (the reason he received a one star rating), that was where his great service ended. My wife waited at the residence for an hour while he took the broken window to be repaired. After retuning and installing the window, my wife left and assumed all was well.I showed up at the residence to check the work and found the glass had pulled away from the seal. After contacting Marc to come back and repair it he bailed on the first appointment. After making a second appointment, he sent one of his workers, who showed up in his beat up car with no way to transport the window. After breaking the window and over two hours of our wasted time, Marc returns with the window to install it. When I asked what had happened to the original glass, Marc said he chose the wrong glass for the application. So much for the professional. After asking what he could do for us for the wasted time, he offered to give us back a portion of the charges. A stand up thing to do for a small business owner. I never received the payment, so much for being a stand up guy. Please think twice before you chose Marc’s Glass.

Marcs Glass was highly recommended to me by IllumiNation, a company that is on Angies List. We hired IllumiNation, which has excellent ratings on Angies List, to replace a door for us. When we told the consultant we also needed a new picture window, a window for our basement, and textured glass in our wrought-iron front door, he recommended Marcs Glass. I called Marc on 12/3/2014. He said he was driving and to send him a text with the details. I did that and never heard a word from him. On 12/4/2014 (today), I called him back. He was fuzzy as to who I was but then realized I had sent him a text. He read it and said hed have his assistant call me right back. He never did. So I texted him again, told him I was extremely irritated and did he not want the job. Then I decided to check the Internet to see what it had to say. Thats how I found these complaints. After reading them, I checked the Better Business Bureaus website. It said that his company was not accredited with the BBB and in fact, had an F rating. After reading the reviews here and checking the BBB, I texted him one last time, told him what I had found, and also told him to not bother getting back with me. Obviously forewarned is forearmed!

They person who came to my home was very unprofessional. The priced changed twice and the office staff had no record of my appointment. Horrible customer service!
