Don’t even bother. I had used them once 4 years ago, and I was very happy with the work. This time was a complete waste of my time. Besides me having to show up twice to the store in two weeks just to get somebody to give me a quote, I still haven’t gotten someone to come out and take actual measurements. Just go somewhere else and save yourself a complete waste of your time.

Reasonable prices. Kind of odd location / not easily visible. Trust your GPS and/or turn in *just* east of the light. Follow the road down. Near PAWS animal rescue. Industrial area. Window was replaced fine. Very dirty but not a huge deal. Much, much cheaper to bring frame in, if possible. For us, was about $130 difference versus service call.

I have used Acme Glass over the years (since 2004) for various glass needs from replacing a glass refrigerator shelf, to replacing window panels and most recently for installing a glass shower enclosure. I have always found them to be honest, easy to work with and very reasonable pricing. I would highly recommend them.

A nightmare. Trying to get the mirrors delivered so I can have my contractor install them before guests arrive next week. They were supposed to arrive almost two weeks ago. I paid in advance including delivery. I have made three trips to the office this week because they dont return calls. Was promised delivery this afternoon. No show and the voicemail is full.December update: The owner is Kevin. He called me about three weeks after my last talk with the boy in the office. He offered to send me the mirrors with a refund but I already had to buy mirrors from somewhere else. I did recieve a full refund.

Easily one of the most dishonest business and classless transactions I have experienced. The owner, josh, took my order for a mirror quoted and wrote up and promised to have it in 2 business days. I paid upfront expecting him to keep his word. Due date comes and goes & I hear nothing, next day I call and nothing, day after that he tells me 2 more days. That day comes and nothing, 7 days past due, I call to find out status of my undelivered order, he tells meyou know what, Ill just refund you. WTH? No apology or anything. This loser lost my business to a big box store which did the job 20% cheaper. Do your homework and choose wisely!

Buyer Beware....Didnt charge what was quoted, cut the glass the wrong size, promised to cut a new piece and never did.I will NEVER do business with them again.
