I have been using The Stay for a temporary living arrangement in Scottsdale, relocating from NY. My two bedroom is beautiful, clean and very well maintained. Very impressed at the excellent customer service I have been consistently receiving, especially from Dana the owner. During these stressful times, having a smooth, pleasant booking process was a huge help for me. Communication with Dana was exceptional, she is always quick to answer all my questions and concerns. We needed to be in Scottsdale for our daughters surgery at Mayo Clinic and her later recovery. After a week in the insanely expensive hotels, we started searching for a monthly flexible furnished rental. Dana took a lot of care to understand our unique needs and we are very happy with the service and the property. The property was very clean and modern, felt like home. Highly recommend.

We stayed for a period of time during a home renovation and we couldnt be happier with our experience using The Stay Corporate Rentals. We stayed in a 2 bedroom in Kierland. The unit we stayed in was completely renovated and fully furnished. The appliances were high quality, and the kitchen fully stocked with all utensils, serve-ware, dinnerware etc. Oops, we need a a whisk? They had it! Need a blender? There it is! The unit has strong wifi and an extensive list of television channels. It was very comfortable.Dana, the owner, was wonderful to work with and very pleasant. She fully explained all the ins and outs of the property. Shawn explained the streaming on one one if the TVs. I love streaming!Both was very helpful offering to provide anything extra we might need, i.e. an extra fan.We highly recommend The Stay for anyone looking for an extended stay property!

Loved this location--walked to dinner after work every night. The suite was spacious and clean. Comfortable bed and plenty of towels. Full kitchen --not that I used it as too many restaurants to choose from just out the elevator door.

The Stay was recommended to me by a apartment community in Scottsdale.We rented an apartment for a month in Kierland. The apartment was nicely decorated and very clean. Very fast wifi, pool area and fitness center is very nice. Communication with Dana was perfect. The community is In a great area within walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Our stay went very smooth. We hated to leave. We will be back and will use The Stay Corporate Housing for future needs.

Very nice furnished condos in upscale area of North Scottsdale. We had a great experience from start to finish. Our unit was very clean and well appointed. Highly recommend!

The conference we were traveling to got cancelled. They do not want to refund us even a penny. I would never book with them again.

Dana at The Stay was a joy to work with. Her accomadations arte very nice in great locations. We chose her two bedroom in Kierland. This was a great place to stay for 3 people. My mother, sister, and I chose to stay here because it was located around the corner from my grandmothers home. It was perfect with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, wonderful living space, nice kitchen, and overall amazing! There is a hairdryer in each bathroom, nice hotel style soaps. Very clean, one thing I check are the fan blades. Not one bit of dust! The community is very well kept and quiet. It was an easy walk to Kierland Commons. Overall a very nice stay, we will be back.
