I feel like Im at a five star resort. The management staff, and the maintenance are superb. I have been here for 3 years. The landscaping and parking lots are well maintained. The temperature in the heated pool is kept at a proper temperature to be able to use, and the fire pit makes it nice to sit around after a swim.

This place has exceeded my expectations, really kind staff and the apartment we moved into was in good shape! Any little problem we encountered (the ceiling fan was not working) was fixed/replaced in a timely fashion! Yeah the appliances are a little older, but San Carlos really is a great value. Affordable for the area!

Fantastic management, I dealt with Lynn and loved doing business with her shes always friendly and welcoming. The grounds are kept clean and the heated pool has 24/7 access which is awesome for someone like myself who works nights.

I absolutely love living here. I have lived in about 5 other apartments in the Scottsdale area, and San Carlos has been my favorite. It is extremely quiet! The office staff is very helpful and will go out of their way to save you money. I just signed on for another year because my experience has been so good. Only recommendation I have is to either get a parking spot or garage because the parking spots that are uncovered are in the back or front of the complex. Besides that I have nothing bad to say about this complex.

Lived here for almost 2 years. Im a veteran, so Im used of moving around. Even after the military I felt comfortable moving around & trying out new places to live. San Carlos got me to settle down. Absolutely amazing staff. Very accommodating. MAINTENANCE ARE THE BEST! If it wasnt for meeting my wife while living here & starting a family I would never move! 24/7 pool, GYM and amazing trails in the area. Stores are close all over. Safe clean neighborhood. I will miss San Carlos. But I will miss the staff more. They are like a 2nd family. Highly recommend!

The best apartment complex Ive ever lived in! I lived here for 2 years and only left because I moved out of state. The management is so responsive and helpful, and always spoiled my dog with treats and attention when we came into the office. The complex is beautiful, well maintained and has a great layout.Parking could be tough if you dont rent a spot, but that was okay if you dont mind a little walk.I felt the price of rent was good for the area and how nice the units are.Location is not super walkable to restaurants etc, but everything is a short drive away and its right off the 101.I recommend living here!

My friend Stuart lives here. Its a very funny guy. The place it looks so cheap.

My wife and I were in Scottsdale over the Christmas holidays. We are planning on moving to the area in 2018. We looked at 9 different appartments and condos complexs.we are now down to 2 yours and one other. We liked your apartments but were really impressed by your manager LynnShe really knows her stuff and seems to be very caring person. I would encourage anybody to take a look at San Carlos apartments.

My husband and I moved to San Carlos Apartments and stayed for a year. Living there was amazing and would not have left, but his mother in California needed care for her recent cancer diagnosis. It was leaving that was the nightmare. We cleaned out the apartment and had management look it over and they stated that there were no damages that they could see us being charged for. About a month after leaving for California we received a Final Bill for 4,000$! We called immedialty asking why the charge and an itemized statement for it. The lady who answered said she would get back to us. A week passed with no answer, so we called again and got the same response. The next week we received another Final Bill for 6,000$! Not only did they not contact us back regarding the previous bill, but obviously they do not know the concept of final bill. So we called every day demanding reasoning and received no information. Finally one day we called and the informed us that they do not have our file and have sent it to collections. Funny how they could not find the file for the charges the whole time we called until they were able to send it to collections. I would never wish to deal with this again. So unless you plan on living at this apartment complex your entire life, I would not recommend this complex.

San Carlos is a great apartment complex to stay in. The staff are very friendly and understanding and the maintenance is high quality!

Looks nice from the outside, gym and pool, etc. Havent been in the apartments themselves. Good location.

Love living at san carlos, the office staff is always very friendly and helpful. (lynn is amazing)The place is dog friendly, clean, the maintenance staff do an awesome job and even make sure all the left behind doo doo is out of the small grass areas. Great location (right off the 101) close to a grocery store and a target. Havent had any problems, no pests or damaged items.My apartment is roomy, spacious, open and has high ceilings, were able to paint the walls and hang things. Overall it has been a great place to call home!

Every time I went to the toilet, there was a bunch of cockroaches and rats in the bathroom and its not a problem with just my apartment room, it happens to everyone!
