Scottsdale Park Suites was quite lovely. The location on the greenbelt made all the difference. It was so pleasant to easily engage in or just watch all the activities there, especially from the comfort of dining on my own patio. The pool, hot tub, laundry, grills and outdoor lounge with misting fans were all well maintained. The staff was quite helpful throughout my month stay there. The closet was spacious, the kitchen was basic, and the internet access spotty, but none of the few shortcomings mattered since the overall price was so affordable.

We stayed here with our dog. There were other guest who also had dogs on the same building. We noticed that we did not hear other guest. The building seems to be mostly sound proof. Our room was clean and pleasant. The well maintained pool and hot tub were open 24/7. The property is beautiful. I found south facing outdoor seating during the day and a gas fireplace table to sit by during the evening. My only complaint is that eventually our vacation ended. I wanted to stay forever.

I participated in the paint and sip event yesterday at the Scottsdale Park Suites. I was hesitant at first because I have no talent when it comes to painting. The staff and artist instructors were so welcoming it was hard to not join in. Talent didnt matter, having fun was the big goal. The afternoon was great, lots of good food and drink. Very fun ! Im so impressed with Park Suites its beautiful, the people who work here are incredible and theyre dog friendly. I m planning my next visit for 2022. Sue

Ill start off by saying I stayed from late December - March 31. The best parts are the front staff and location. You can walk all along the greenbelt and under McDowell to the grocery store, both very convenient. The property itself was very nice outside, with new tables and chairs and the heated pool. I do agree with another post about the actual rooms. I initially stayed in a recently upgraded room which had a dishwasher and was a bit nicer but then was moved to another room in March. March is their most expensive month and I paid near $4,000 only to stay in a room with no dishwasher and not as nice. I didnt think that was worth the money. Nevertheless, I enjoyed my stay there as I was in a difficult personal situation and this place was there for me on many levels.

My husband and I stayed at Scottsdale Park Suites from March 1 - 31, 2019. We had a wonderful time. The location is perfect! Every morning we walked out of a locked gate into a gorgeous park and walked 5 miles. The park is lovely and vast. My husband enjoyed going to the golf course and golfing range which are included if you stay at Scottsdale Park Suites. The staff and office workers are friendly and eager to help. We found them pleasant and professional. The room was clean, cozy and supplied with everything we needed. We eat most of our meals in and have no complaints about the kitchen appliances, utensils, dishes, pots and pans, etc. The grounds at Scottsdale Park Suites are attractive and well maintained. We enjoyed the pool everyday, the outside grills and the other vacationers. We enjoyed shopping at the outlets, walking around Old Town Scottsdale, spring training games, Phoenix Suns games, eating out and more. I highly recommend Scottsdale Park Suites as we have already booked our stay for next year! Come join us!

Words can’t say enough about my stay at “Scottsdale Park Suites” but that it was “AMAZING”. My mother and I spent a week here for two different reasons. First, to visit my daughter and her boyfriend who had just recently relocated to the area and for my mother to visit a friend she has had since 1st grade (since 1950).I’ll start off with our accommodations being clean and well organized. “Thanks” cleaning crew. Whenever I had a question, all I had to do was stop at the office and everything was handled instantly and in a professional manner. “Thanks” again. Finally, I would like to thank management. Granted I did book our stay during business hours but I did receive a personal call just 5 minutes after confirming the reservation. “WOW”, who does that these days? “Thanks” for the third time. Finally, hope that I don’t shoot myself in the foot for this review. Everyone else is going to want to stay here and my chances of getting a reservation may be diminished. I guess that’s a chance I’ll have to take because everyone at “Scottsdale Park Suites” did their job flawlessly and made us feel welcomed. Thanks again Everyone.

The staff at SPS is friendly and very helpful. The location is convenient, the price is right, and it was perfect for our temporary stay while we closed on a new home. The only thing we could recommend for improvement is the cleanliness of the unit prior to our arrival. The previous tenant left quite a mess, and housekeeping left it for us to deal with.

Staff was very nice, attentive and efficient. We went to check out their temporary housing options and were very pleased except all units are 1 bedroom. We were shown the model but they explained that some units differ and therefore pricing differs. Also, price is dramatically higher beginning in January, almost double current price. Location seems good, not too far from downtown Scottsdale, nor too far off the highway. Community is gated and sits in front of a greenbelt which tenants have access to. Since all amenities are included in price, it seems like a great deal (at the current price as opposed to the high season price.

Let me start by saying, this review is quite lengthy but please read if you are seriously considering staying here for more than a few days. First, let’s start with the price. I understand that this area is high demand. Especially for the winter months. Which is why, as a travel nurse, I chose to live here for my 3 month contract. $2500/month for a one bedroom. Okay. Pricey but I was splitting the rent with my boyfriend. To say I was disappointed with this place is an understatement. Walking in, youd expect something pretty decent for $2500/month. Sorry to say, no. Now to my second point. The furniture was probably purchased from the goodwill a few years back. The kitchen was made for someone who is fine with take out every night (not me. I like to cook..), and the bed... well let’s just say I jumped in my car immediately and headed to TJ MAXX and Walmart for decorations from this century and a mattress topper. Third... and most important. This place does not use AC!! I’m not kidding people. You pay $2500/month and the best they can do is provide you with a fan. It’s not cold here in the winter. It’s actually really hot for someone coming from the Chicago land area. After asking about the AC situation we were told “it is tuned off in the winter and we don’t have a set date that it’s turned on”. I would NOT have signed a 3 month lease with this place if I had know there was no AC. Seriously the most disappointing establishment I have ever resided it. I will come back to the Phoenix area again, but I will NEVER give this place my money. I should also mention I work night shift and sleep during the day, so opening the windows was not an option if I wanted to get sleep before a 13 hour shift. One good thing though, the front desk is extremely welcoming and helpful. Poor girls heard me complain about the lack of AC on the plenty of 70 degree days down here. Thank you for your kindness ladies, you were the only good part about staying here.

I have been living at Scottsdale Park Suites for about 2 months and am absolutely loving it! The property is very well maintained, and extremely quiet. I have never lived in a more quiet place in my entire life.I really enjoy the fact that the Scottsdale Green Belt backs up to the property, and there is a gated entrance so that you feel safe. I go walking on the Scottsdale Green Belt all the time, usually over by the skatepark and back-- perfect morning stroll when it isnt too hot outside. As a single woman I feel really safe at Scottsdale Park Suites, the entire property is gated and completely enclosed after 6PM (you use a gate clicker to enter). All the residents are extremely nice, and it has a resort feel. Plus, there is a lot of parking, never a battle for a spot!Probably my very favorite part of Scottsdale Park Suites is its proximity to everything Scottsdale has to offer... clubs, bars, food, shopping-- you name it-- its only about 5 minutes away!

I was not happy with my 4 week stay at Park suites in Scottsdale. Nor was my classsmate who stayed there same length as I did. I was over promised and under delivered. They advertise through my school for students to stay there. The pool was under construction for two weeks, and we did not recieve our daily restaurant food vouchers as they advertised. I paid more having that in mind that it will absorb some of my food costs. After going back and forth they finally accepted fault, they took some $$ off of my stay. It was still hot when I arrived, they AC was on for a few days. After I turned it off I noticed a strong smell. After investigating where it might come from, I found that it was coming from the walk in closet. It smelled like cat urine. The cold AC was disguising the smell. It was bad. They claimed that no pets were allowed. I have two cats, I know what that strong odor is. The bed was lumpy and extremely uncomfortable. I tried cooking with there pots and pans, as soon as the heat turns up the metal from the pans starts coming into your food which was GROSS. I asked for my money back in which they made it extremely difficult for me to receive. Along with the pressure of school and studying hours after school I did not have enough time nor the interest to deal with it. I would not recommend staying there, it is very over priced and uncomfortable. I was very disappointed. They charged my CC for cleaning after I left even tho I initially paid $60 for cleaning. There answer, oh everybody pays that in the beginning. Everyone is not my concern Scottsdale Park Suites. I am still waiting on my refund back for your housekeeping. I dont understand something I paid for cleaning, you charged me for housekeeping after I leave and yet Im an email I am told to make sure I leave the apartment/room clean and to take out the trash. Excuse me????Is there some hypocrisy there? I WILL receive my housekeeping money back or I will continue to report you for charging my CC without my permission. I have given enough time for my refund (1 week) and yet nothing has happened.

She had no concept of service, or reality at all. She literally told us 3 different things in the same sentence. When ask about each one well thats not it to the difference. No one knew what the rental special was that month, every person that you talked to said something completely different. For the 400$ a weekly rate they need serious schooling on educate, customer service, professionalization in every area! No wonder no one stays there!!! I would never stay there if you paid me while that staff is there. You best clean house! The 25 ADs on Craigslist will not fix that issue!!!

The location is perfect....its just a short Uber or Lyft ride to a ton of different tourist attractions like the botanical garden, the zoo, or the nightlife in Old Town Scottsdale. There are tons of reasons why I love living here but its definitely the staff that makes this place a great place to stay. I recently had Around 500 dollars in laundry Stolen from Scottsdale park Suits Laundry room. Not To mention the lack of concern and snobby attitudes from the staff. So we give it a one on a scale from one to ten. Renters beware. Just saying that there Are a lot of hidden things to be weary of when renting. Other wise the place is very well taken care of, And they do treat you right Amenity wise. They treat you right while wanting your business, but after your in forget it. Once you sign the lease your screwed. To me the customer is always right. Unless the costumer is completely out of control. But every courtesy should be given the renter.Thats my thinking anyway.

Opinion about recent stay at Scottsdale Park SuitesThe Good: Clean property, mostly friendly office staff, gated with direct access to the green belt. A number of goodies are included. The Not So Good: Units are very small. No washer or dryer in my unit. No fitness center. Very little privacy, built around a quad so neighbors can see into each others living rooms. Very thin walls. Old fashioned central aircon that blows really loudly. Heating did not work in my unit, other residents I spoke to had the same issue. Noise from multiple sources such as a next door sports bar, a nearby fire station, a nearby road and busy intersection, the pool pump house and a number of other sources on the premises. Though in Scottsdale, it is in South Scottsdale which is a less nice neighborhood than some other parts of Scottsdale. The Really Not So Good: Multiple incidences with law enforcement on property, on of which included a whole SWAT Team with automatic weapons, with a police helicopter hovering over the property, and as far as I know an arrest of a potentially very dangerous person made in one of the apartments.Notes: No gym on premises, though they have a deal with a gym a few miles away, LA Fitness I think. Free daily access at nearby golf executive golf course. Same deal available to anyone for around 100 bucks a month, month to month, so value of the golf access is around 100 a month. Goodies in restaurants often require purchase of at least one drink, plus tips and tax, so savings are less than anticipated, for me the goodies saved around 60 bucks a month, but you have to go to the same places all the time. In my opinion, aggressively marketed property with frequent price changes and pressure to lock in rates before prices are changed again.Summary: Okay for a month or so although incidences with law enforcement on property a worry. Regular and longer term visitors may find attractive alternatives nearby.

My girlfriend and I both travel for work, so it is safe to say we have been to a few extended stay hotels and apartment complexes. SPS has been great for us. The fully furnished rooms, access to the greenbelt, grocery stores and local bars and restaurants all close by, SPS makes this an easy choice. I will say you will pay a little more than the average place, but it is worth it in the long run. The meal vouchers a re a good way to get out and see the local restaurants, but i would like them to explore some different ones. The free golf at the Continental Golf Club is a great perk. its a great little course, but can get very busy. THe membership to the gym is off site, but its a good gym to get your workout in. There is a lot directly in front of SPS for sale, and i believe it would make a great addition to SPS to add their own gym. (But thats just me) Since we stayed here during Spring Training, it was really convenient because all of the parks are within 15-20 minutes.I have to throw in a few negatives. Our room was very out of date, and after seeing some of the updated ones, I got a little room envy. I also wished the heater/AC could be different in each room, but it is all one big unit. Thats all the negatives i could come up withAs for the staff, they are amazing. Anything you need for your room, they will get for you. When we moved in we requested a King bed. There was not one available, so they went a bought a new one for us. They are always so friendly, and keep the popcorn in the lobby HOT!If you are looking for a place to stay short term or long term, SPS should be at the top of your list. I know if we came back for another assignment, we will stay at SPS.

I stayed at Scottsdale Park Suites as a Winter Visitor from November to February back in 2012. The girls in the front office were so helpful and friendly; they went out of their way to put me in a suite with a location I loved. For one flat rate I was able to eliminate any other bills like cable and utilities, etc.The property is kept quiet and very clean. There are so many places to sit down and relax outside. Usually on a Saturday afternoon in January I would be sipping a hot drink inside my home in North Dakota, but at Scottsdale Park Suites I was barbequing on the common grounds in 70` weatherr! My apartment had plenty of channels so I didn’t miss any of my favorite shows. I also really liked the kitchen if you like to cook at home like I do; the kitchen is important. I would have my dinners out on the cute patio in that amazing winter weather. I was so comfortable in my apartment that I didnt want to leave.I had access to free golfing anytime, I had access to a gym every day for free, free donuts, free burgers, free pizza, free Denny’s, free Subway, and the list goes on—have you ever seen the word free so many times in one sentence?!? ! One of my favorite FREEBIES is the “Sugarbowl”. This place is a truly vintage ice cream parlor, I mean; it is still painted pastel pink. Im so happy I came here instead of the place I had a reservation at in north Scottsdale, this was a better choice for my needs.
