I could not have been happier with Jaime and the Staff at Pool and Spa Designs. After getting several bids from Pool contractors, I decided to act as the General Contractor myself and sub out to the different trades. Jamie helped put me in touch with different vendors and stayed in touch with me throughout the entire process.I also ordered all of my equipment through Jamie (Pumps, heaters, drains, etc.). I had one small issue with one of the parts and contacted Jamie for assistance. She helped remedy the situation right away. GREAT customer service.In the end, this was a daunting task for me but Jamie helped guide me through the process. We got everything we wanted in our pool & Spa and by doing it ourselves saved over $20,000.00.I would highly recommend using Jamie and the Pool and Spa Design team if you plan on building your own pool.

The staff here has been great. I was concerned that it would be too daunting. It has been pretty smooth with just a few delays which is very common in this industry. Overall saved about 8K managing this myself.

We were recently referred to Pool and Spa Designs for our BYOP project-Build Your Own Pool project. My wife and I must have changed our minds/design a 100 times and never felt it was an inconvenience or a hassle. We finally settled on what we wanted and had the plans drawn up. I sent the drawing(not plans as this would be in their cost) to a local well known pool builder to see if we should tackle this project ourselves or just hire someone. Pool and Spa Designs made the process seem so simple by supplying us a list of all of the contractors, a work flow for scheduling and also pointers on how to save money throughout the process. The quote we got for our pool was $103k and we are building the pool for $80k! There is a fire pit in the middle of the pool, custom natural rock slide/grotto/waterfall/built in Jacuzzi. Scheduling the contractors has been simple and everyone is staying on schedule. Will post pics once it is done! Thank you Pool and Spa Designs for making what we felt was a daunting project, a fun one!

The company was average. I really liked Jamie who helped me with every step of getting my pool plans drawn up. She was the middle person between you and the engineer. However, when I asked for how much the pool would cost after I got plans finished so I could go get a loan based off of it they quoted me way under(by 25%) what the pool would cost. It is a problem because I did not get the loan for enough. Also, I got quotes from professional pool builders and doing a pool build by yourself as the general contractor is not saving much money since the pool builder quoted me close to what I am doing it for myself.(All of the above mentioned has made the process bad and I would not do this again I would just go with a professional pool building company)
