I had a 2017 macbook pro with speaker problems and running VERY slow. They were able to come to my home and fix it same day. They cleaned up all the junk after replacing my speaker and now it works perfect. im able to watch videos again and my device is no longer too slow to use!

I hired Deon to replace a single key on my keyboard. He ultimately couldnt do this and ended up breaking my Macs Touch Bar and replacing the battery over a non-existent issue. When I asked him for a refund, he ghosted me.After failing to replace the single key, he replaced the entire keyboard. He failed to take the charger and the battery died. When he eventually finished the keyboard replacement, Deon had to immediately take the computer back because the delivery inspection revealed the spacebar stopped working on one side and a couple of other keys were frozen due to his poor installation of the new keyboard. He complained about the small screws and the difficulty of the job, but he remained confident the could remedy the issue.He took a charger this time, and kept the computer for another couple of weeks. Eventually, he called to tell me that hed fixed the keyboard but discovered a new battery issue. He wanted to double his original estimate, and because I trusted him—I assumed the almost 5-year old battery just coincidentally began failing while Deon had it in his custody. I agreed and allowed him to do the work.When Deon eventually returned the computer, I powered it back on and noticed the Touch Bar wasnt lighting up at all. The escape key is unfortunately part of this bar, and everything was working normally before Deon opened the device. The system was randomly restarting after a few minutes of use as well. When I contacted him about the issues, he told me he was heading to Tuscon for the weekend and that hed get back to me. He ultimately did not.Deon does not do good work on Macs and his experimentation broke several features on my computer. He failed to provide me a refund or fix the damage he did to the machine. I do not recommend anyone bring anything of value to him to repair. If I could give zero stars, I would.

Garet and Deon worked really hard to solve my problem. I hired 2 other companies who just blamed the issue on cox, but after staying late and trying their hardest they finally fixed my network and now our wifi is working and has been working great ever since.

Hard to communicate with, not interested on doing the work, ended up spending 2 hours of my time (and his) without a solution (or pay), very square minded (things have to be his way), Deon needs to learn to speak English better, I tried to be as patient as possible, unfortunately last I heard from him was f...k off which I think was extremely unprofessional, would not recommend
