Jeremy was simply amazing. I’d been trying to open an old file - a crypto wallet - on my Mac and could not find the solution. File was several years old and current OS and other reasons would not let me open it to get to the coins. Beyond frustrated and ran out of options on my ownEnter Jeremy - he methodically went through various options and kept me updated along the way, as I was obviously on high alert for recovering these coins. He efficiently came to the right solution and BOOM - was able to access the file and my lovely coins are back.It’s often stated but 5 stars are not enough for this one. Jeremy deserves a raise! Lawrence arrived during the scheduled time and was very friendly and receptive of my two dogs who greeted him at the door. Once inside, he immediately began to assess the computers and went to work on solving my problem. I had two screens that no longer worked together or would extend. Lawrence was able to problem solve and also provided an explanation of what was wrong and how I could manage it in the future. He was very friendly and knowledgeable and I would recommend him to fix any of your computer needs or internet needs.This was my first time using the service and I am a very satisfied customer.

First and foremost, before you believe the reviews here on google, check yelp, something isnt right with these reviews.My review / experience was very different. I had a custom PC that was having cooling issues and had built it not too long before that and wanted an expert to come out and take a look to see if they could diagnose some issues.The tech came out (who was very nice for the record) and after ripping my PC apart finally admitted that he had only been with the company 3 months, didnt know what half of the components i had were, and had only done one custom build in his life...his own.HE HAD EVEN TRIED TO TELL ME THAT WE DIDNT NEED TWO CABLES BECAUSE HE WAS TRYING TO PLUG THE GPU POWER CABLE INTO THE MOTHERBOARD! Im glad i was watching this part.....cant make this upAfter putting the pc back together with my direct help we turn it back on, same exact issue i was having and then i started smelling smoke.....turns out now that HE had plugged it in, not myself...my RGB controller had fried....which was working fine before.He gave up at this point, charged me 350 dollars for his time and left.So....i still had no working pc, a blown up component i didnt have blown up before their visit, and a 350 dollar bill from them.The next day i called to ask for a refund, management (who was absolutely rude in every way) told me they were only willing to refund one hour of my time and said well, you signed that the work was completed....hold the phone, i signed on the guys cell phone and he explained that it was for the credit card signature, not the work...After fighting with them they agreed to refund *2* hours of the time i paid for... despite the fact that the tech left my computer in a worse place than when he got here and costed me money because I was now going to have to replace the part they blew up.((Oh also the cable management job he tried to do looked like a rats nest))by the way, later that same night, i ripped the PC apart and fixed it myself, and repurchased the part that was blown and that is working fine now as well.DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE.
