Not forthcoming with charges, told me it would be $59 to transfer my husbands data onto a hard drive, then said another fee would be added, after my computer was opened up and they were working on it. Employee also said she would call me when they got to the stage where they needed the password, as I did not know it offhand. I never heard from her so two days later I called in with the info and asked what was going on. She replied sort of callously, I thought you were going to call us. No apology, no professionalism just...this is how much more it will cost you, so what do you want to do, type of attitude. I declined and was never called to say my computer was put back together, as a courtesy. Yes, I said I would come and collect it, but just pick up the phone and LMK its ready, its not difficult. I guess if I had paid more $$ I would have received a call back.

These folks are the best. I have one or another had them help me, my friends and family perform repairs, upgrades or what ever was needed for more than 20 years. A++++++ to deal with!!!

My grandpas computer was unresponsive. We brought it into Data doctors and for a flat price they were able to do a diagnosis, and then fixed the problem in two days which was awesome! The staff is super knowledgeable and helpful with any questions we had.

Have an old school carbon fiber Sony Vaio that still rocked... until it didnt. Took it to Data Doctors and they were able to save the day - reinstalled the OS that could no longer be found AND recovered the data. Was completely blown away and am now a complete fan of Zack and his cohorts. These guys ARE good!

I have enjoyed work with Data Doctor and have found the people I have interacted with both responsive and professional. Zack was particularly helpful recently with my computer issues. He figured out the problem and consulted with me before making the corrections. I really appreciated him expertise.

Computer would not boot up. After numerous attempts to troubleshoot at home, I called Data Doctors on Hayden Rd to get professional help. I chose them due to excellent customer ratings, and their proximity to my home. Sean listened to my description of the problem and invited me to bring my laptop into the shop. When I dropped my computer off, he outlined what they would do to discover the problem and that they would keep me updated as things progressed. They found the problem, then contacted me to outline the steps they would take to fix things. My computer was ready to go within the time frame provided. Works like a charm. Their charge for making the repairs was reasonable. They also offered several levels of service contract in case I experienced problems in the future. I chose a plan that seemed to be useful to me at a reasonable price. I will definitely return to Data Doctors if I encounter challenging computer problems in the future.
