This store manager is one of the worst I have dealt with! I went into today to get papers printed off and he was extremely disrespectful, condescending and not helpful. Hoping corporate will actually read this review and contact me about the grotesque mistreatment of customers at this store by the “manager” on duty today.

John is the best! My brother and I were in and out all day picking up the wrong cables and returning them. He was very patient and helpful when we finally asked for help.

Went to get e paper cut. Copy department was very busy with one person working. The manager did come over and tried to help. I ended up with over 30 cuts being done. The blade was not sharp on the machine so some of my papers have rough edges & the cuts were slightly off. Good thing I didnt need them for professional use! The department didnt have a working stapler, staples once they found a stapler, no scissors, ruler or pencils! Seriously, this is an office supply store! The employee that was helping me did acknowledge the dull blade & the cuts being off only by saying The blade is probably at the end if its life. I asked if I should come back when it was replace but he also said it most likely wouldnt be any time soon. The manager of the store that was trying to help really didnt know his way around the copy department.

I run my business from my home ...bought some printer ink cost over $100 got home and installed it ... approx 2 weeks later i went to print some documents and the ink level was less than half!!! and im the only person who uses my printer ... so i called the manager told him what happened.... he we unbelievably disrespectful!!!his demeanor was as if i was being dishonest about the ink levels... he might as well have accused me of stealing the product!!! I will never shop at office max again !!! I have taken my business to staples

Stopped in to get copies made. Kyle the supposed manager is so busy (4 employees and no customers) that he closed the copy center and told me to use self service or come back tomorrow. The competency in this store at the Summit has always been questionable, however, the lack of customer service has now created a Staples customer for life !!

I went in to have a photo made for my moms obituary and they refuse to do anything to it quoting it was a professionally done photo and I didnt have the photographers release. Explain to them the situation and they still didnt care.

Been a loyal customer for 10 years at this store and i will never shop here again. Staff is absolutely worthless, clueless and rude.

This is a very small OfficeMax, but convenient to where I live. They have a lot of basics here, but not a huge selection.

Feel like this store was a bit smaller than others, but it was clean and had what I needed!

Spencer the store manager is extremely rude. I tried to exchage products that were bought in the store and he said without a receipt he couldnt exchange the products. Terrible service. I will never shop there.

Unbeliverble bad customer service, people worked there DO NOT KNOW what they are doing, the supervisor is unhelpfull and useless.
