We had an unexpected death in the family recently and are very grateful that we utilized bio team az for their assistance with the cleanup. I’m currently pregnant and was not able to safely enter the premises due to the conditions. Their team came out to Tucson quickly, used safe chemicals and did a wonderful and respectful job making it a safe space for us to enter. During difficult times it makes a huge difference to have helpful, quality service to help with tasks you never think you’ll need to take care of. I highly recommend this team! Everyone at BioTeamAZ has been absolutely amazing!! I talked with Krystie after my mother-in-law had a medical emergency and we needed some serious help. This is the first time we’ve ever had to deal with anything like this and she always made me feel like we were a top priority. She went over all of our options and was always quick to respond to any questions we had. When Matthew and his technician came out to the house they were so professional and efficient and helped with things we hadn’t even thought about beforehand. I cannot in good conscience recommend this company. My mother passed away in her home and I called BioTeam AZ to do the clean up. After only working in her home for an hour and a half, they called me to lock up. They left a tiny ozone machine on for 24 hours to clean the air. Unfortunately, when I let them in to retrieve the machine, the odor was still very much present. I asked what the next step was as I knew the home had to be cleaned of all porous items and I was told to call Eddie. I tried to call him twice only to be told that I could leave a message. No return call, no response. I had to hire another company to help me and they found so much biohazard material that this company had missed. Additionally, they told me that they had sealed the subfloor - they did not. They put Kilz on the concrete subfloor which was actually a formula for wood...not concrete. This turned into a white powder which got over everything. For context, BioTeam AZ spent 1.5 hours on the job - the company that I had to hire to clean up the mess they didnt clean up took 4 days.

I have used this service twice in the last 6 months. The responsiveness is equally as impeccable as the thoroughness of the work! For example, yesterday, a situation came up where I needed service in Tucson, AZ. Eddie, the owner of the company, drove down from the Phoenix-area within 2 hours and performed nearly 2 hours of work. That’s the type of service to be expected with Bio Team AZ! The pricing is also extremely fair. What’s most impressive to me is the compassion that is shown by each member of the team...from the owner on down. This company is a gem!!

Bio-One is also AZ Hoarding & Clutter Cleanup. I contacted them for help with our very cluttered home due to my severe physical limitations. I initially spoke with Sheri, who was very pleasant & compassionate. The very next day, her partner Eddie came to the house, looked around & gave us an estimate of around $1800. He was very reassuring, said we needed a crew of 2-3 people for about 2 days. We scheduled for Tuesday. The crew came, 2 very efficient & kind men (Glen & unfortunately I cant recall the 2nd nice young mans name), & Sheri. Also, a construction dumpster was delivered for disposal. We started on the garage & it was amazing how quickly junk can be disposed of when theres 3 people helping to sort & haul out with your supervision. However, getting through the garage, it became evident that the job was underestimated & they needed to call & change out to a bigger dumpster. Things progressed to the spare bedroom & den that first day. It was becoming obvious that we had way too much stuff to shred. After the team left, I realized that Sheri bringing her shredder & helping the next day wouldnt be enough, so I called her & asked for advice on a professional shredding service. The next day, Sheri brought info on a shred company & the name of a professional organizer. We went on to finish the den & moved into the master bedroom. Then it was into the kitchen & living room. Once again, it became apparent that the job was underestimated, & we could have used at least another half day. The living room was only halfway done. But the team had to leave & had another job in Tucson the next few days. Sheri offered to come back herself the next week. However, she & I both had to reschedule due to other projects. In the meantime, we were able to do some additional small sorting & moved some more junk into the garage. When Sheri returned the 3rd week, she was impressed with some of the additional progress we had made thanks to having more room to move about the house. She helped with some dusting & polishing a large buffet cabinet & told me she would have the team come by & pick up our additional junk in the garage the next day. Unfortunately, the team was inundated with several back-to-back jobs in succession, & it took another week & several calls to arrange the pick up. Overall, our job took 2 days plus 1 visit from Sheri & a month to clear out our trash. Sheri actually still has one of my paintings I almost threw out, but she offered to try & clean with some TLC. She has promised to send me a hard copy of the receipt for our job & return my painting. It has been 2 months since our job. The job ended up costing $2300 due to the change of dumpsters & extra work that was originally underestimated. Overall well worth the expense & we are grateful for their professional help. The only reason I didnt give 5 stars is because they are clearly very busy & need more help with managing the business. Thank you Sheri & Eddie & team.

I cant believe what a horrible job Eddie did. He came down 2 time to do bio cleaning in my car. The second time was cus he needed the seats removed so I took it to a shop to have them removed. He still managed to leave blood drip stains on the side of both seats. Also ruined my middle counsel that was swade he scraped it and looks horible now and also he threw out my floor mats too. He should of replaced them I drive a lexus and there not cheap. He was paid 1500 to do a horible job. I have reached out to him several time to finish his job correctly and he ignored me. I emailed him the pictures and still has not attempted to call me or resolve the issue. Will not ever recommend.
