Schott development has been the best company that weve had the pleasure of working with throughout our yearlong home renovation. Their quality of work and customer care are a homeowners dream.

Schott development is AMAZING! We did a full house renovation....kitchen (including removing a wall), 3 bathrooms, flooring throughout, new trim, doors, and paint, basically everything inside. The initial bid they gave us was incredibly detailed, accurate, and easy to read. They were incredible at communicating throughout the entire process. The bid was so detailed and thorough that there were not any surprises even with a large job. The craftsmanship was also amazing, excellent, wonderful, beautiful work by everyone on the job. AND all this amazingness was completed on the shorter end of the timeline they gave early on. I cant recommend them enough. I would be happy to talk with anyone thinking of hiring them...just ask them for my phone number.

I am Re doing both of our showers less than 3 years after Schott got his hands on them. Both upstairs, both leak. Called Chris 2 months ago,, he said he’d “look into it and get back to me”. Still waiting Chris!You decide for yourself, but I certainly would not recommend Chris Schott or his company. for any renovation work.A simple call back would’ve gone a long way....
