I used Scottsdale Excavation for a pool build last year. I sent bids out to a number of excavators. Most just sent me a quick email giving me a price. These guys were the only ones who called back and asked a number of questions to make sure things were going to work right.When his crew came out they went out of their way to make sure the dig was according to specifications. they did a perfect job.Then when it was clean up time they did their best to clean up the mess. One guy was nice enough to spray down the neighbor kids with the hose. The kids loved it.Its scary hiring an excavation company and not knowing if you are getting quality work. With Scottsdale Excavation you dont have that fear; they are going to do it right. Use them.

I highly recommend Scottsdale Excavation for any sort of home excavation project. I had a large earth and brick fountain built by a previous owner that needed to be demolished into a nearby empty pond. After contemplating doing the work myself, I found these guys on Craigslist. John was very knowledgeable and professional answering my questions regarding the work. My back yard has a narrow opening where the house is only 44 away from the wall for about 8, but he was able to drive both his Bobcat 323 Mini-excavator and Bobcat 463 Skidsteer loader through without even touching the walls. I was quite impressed with how skillfully Scott controlled both of the machines. He had the job done in just a couple hours and the price was significantly below what I was willing to pay. It was actually cheaper to have Scottsdale Excavation do the job than it would have been for me to rent the machines and do it myself!
