I have been a long time bicyclist (non ebike) for many years. This was my first experience purchasing an ebike. I went to Scottsdale Pedego in old town which is near my home. Wes, Operations Manager was amazing. He is very knowledgeable in all of the Pedego products and accessories as well. He was professional and his knowledge base speaks for itself. At no time did I feel pressured to purchase. The Pedego product is is outstanding. He simply enhances the product by explaining features, types of Pedego bicycles etc. All in all, it was a very positive experience. I would highly recommend Pedego in Scottsdale (old Town). Ask for Wes. I think he is a pretty terrific guy.

We received detailed instructions and a map and our ride took us 18 miles, following water canals through Tempe with beautiful views of Phoenix, the zoo, golf courses, Tempe Lake, old town Scottsdale. The bikes were great and the owners just fabulous!!

Amazing customer service and spent time with my wife and I explaining the various trails, along with a great place to stop and eat. They set us up on the bikes and even though I thought a peddle bike only was fine, we rented the peddle with electric bikes which turned out to be awesome. Best 4 hours we spent this holiday...

Fun adventure. Great customer service for the bike tutorial (1st timer) and suggestions on which paths to take. Rode about 10 miles in a few hours. Made it down to Dukes restaurant at Vista Del Camino for happy hour, watched the disc golfers then rode back. Cant wait to go again!

I cant thank Kathy and Wes enough for their help in fitting me with my trike, I havent been on a bike in over thirty years so getting the right feel was no easy task! I am post bilateral knee replacement and the range of motion is not what it should be so Im grateful that Im now able to safely ride a bike. They could not have been more helpful. EBikes are awesome! take one out for the day and youll love them too. i just purchased the pedego element from pedego electric bikes scottsdale and couldnt be happier.if youre in the market for an ebike and the thought of purchasing one online, not test riding it, putting it together and have no local support scares you, it should! it scared me. theres cheaper bikes out there for the money, theres also bikes with some more advanced features for the same money, but what good is it if the parts arent quality, theres no local support and your local bike shop is trying to fix and find parts for a brand they dont normally sell or work on?trust the confidence, quality and value of the pedego brand. theyve been around for years now and these bikes will hold their value if you ever want to upgrade. I rode a couple of ebikes prior, but never a pedego, you can feel the quality construction and seamless electronic technology. its smooth, not janky like one of the other ones i did ride.have the great knowledgeable team here give you the full confidence, like they did with me, regarding the purchase of your e-bike. then go out and have fun without a worry in the world!

What a fun store lots of cool bikes to ride,and really get an understanding of how great E- bikes are they are quick quiet and fast as well. My wife and I rented “regular” bikes for the day and rode on the Arizona Canal Path, the Crosscut Canal Path, and the Indian Wash Path (the “Greenbelt”) in Scottsdale. We had a great experience and would gladly rent again here.The owners were super friendly and gave us great advice about where to ride and places to visit in Scottsdale. We had a great conversation with them. They helped us get the bikes adjusted well and we had no problems with the bikes. My only suggestion would be that the “pedal-forward” design of their non-electric bikes was kind of hard to get used to - they might want to get some more non-electric bikes which are not cruisers. But overall, we loved our day renting bikes from them.

The customer service here was amazing! I walked in fairly randomly looking for something to do in Scottsdale on a day off and the two employees were friendly and happy to help me plan out a route.I was even walked to the nearest bike path and given a map as well as verbal directions. I only wish Id rented the electric bike for longer than 2 hours!

My daughter, husband and I rented electric bikes from Pedego Scottsdale in May, 2016. Our ride was comfortable and the bikes were perfect! We rode for over 2 hours, but it felt much shorter than that. We loved that we didnt have to do any work to get in our bike riding:) Thank you so much for the wonderful service and extremely friendly welcome. The water was so much appreciated before and after our warm ride. We highly recommend this shop for a fun-filled day of outdoor, stress-free activity.

What a great bike shop! The owners were wonderful. They helped us get set up with bikes, helmets, bags, and water. They showed us possible routes and shared maps with us. They shared information about nearby attractions and restaurants. Our bikes were in great shape and worked well for our ride. They even had taken the time to put tape out on the routes to guide riders. I highly recommend this bike shop.

My husband experienced a problem with his Pedago Boomerang Plus with An error code 10 & 15 registering on the controller and battery power cutting in and out. Being from out of town we looked up the closest Pedago Dealer which was “ Pedago Scottsdale”. We met Kathy, the store owner and her son when we arrived. Kathy was so friendly but professional and gave us an appointment for first thing the following morning. Kathy’s technician had it fixed and back to us within an hour.Great friendly service with a smile.

First- five stars for the E-bikes. My wife and I bought 2 from Bill and Kathy and as hard as I try I cant destroy mine. (I am hard on new toys).Secondly- five stars for the Pedego E-bike experience. We take our bikes everywhere. Theyre fun. You can go long distances without getting tired, and there are a lot of great bike paths in the Phoenix Scottsdale area.And lastly five stars for the afore mentioned Bill and Kathy. Great people who are incredibly accommodating and helpful.

Amazing people, awesome experience. ❤️ Im an avid fixed gear cyclist so I approached the idea of an electric powered beach cruiser with some hesitation. However, I found immediately that a pedago tour wasnt about going fast - it was about relaxing and traveling with your whole crew. I was able to bike adventure an entire town with my family, the first bike adventure for some of the team in decades! The electric motors really enabled everyone to join the party.

Wow what a horrible experienceWES acted like the owners son todayI asked if my interceptor battery was covered by the pedego recallI was told that my battery was the wrong style without even checkingWhen I asked if we could check on the stores computer he said”it’s not for that”Well guess what ...... my battery is covered by the recall.He then asked me to take my battery and exit the store !Too bad I had my wife with me to buy her a bikeHow about some advice WES.....Be nice to your customers or you won’t have any !

A pleasant ride through the Scottsdale canal. Not that there is anything special to see but you can spend an hour in peace and light-heartedness with an assisted pedal. If you use the battery, they also go fast enough.We went there on the suggestion of friends from the area.
