Just rented a bike from Pedigo bikes McDowell Mountain. Terrific experience. Jon was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. It was my first time using an electric bike. Lots of fun. I would consider buying one from John in the near future.

Exceptionally wonderful customer service. They helped us spec the bikes and all the accessories as well as got us fitted correctly. We had them shipped to home in CA and bikes arrived in perfect order.And the bikes are awesome! We had heard a lot of really great feedback on Pedro Bikes and it was all true. They are fantastic bikes and we have enjoyed using them regularly without any issues since they arrived a couple of months ago.

We LOVE our new Pedego bikes! After trying several other types of E-bikes, we decided these had way more to offer us. They are so comfortable and easy to ride. We have every possible extra and feature to keep us safe and make our riding experience a good one as well as staying super stylish😊!Jon, Ed and Josh made our purchase experience the very best. They were super helpful by letting us do a test drive on several models, and were very patient and detailed when showing us all of the features and workings of the bikes. They even helped us install the carrier and load the bikes up.One of the things I love most are our Bluetooth helmets that allow us to converse with each other while riding. It is so helpful and keeps us connected even if we’re a ways apart.I hadn’t ridden much since being a teenager (which was a long time ago…!) and now I am loving my new hobby!

We showed up on a May Saturday morning and rented 4 bikes without an appointment, were given a chance to test drive the bikes in the parking lot, then took the bikes south along the greenbelt trail, which was a beautiful and fun ride. The bikes are heavy, sturdy, comfortable, and fully charged. They are governed at 20mph, which is fortunate because the trail has some unexpected sharp turns that we didnt expect. Cruising around on these bikes on a cool saturday morning made us all feel like kids again. We used the bikes for about 4 hours, and paid about $40 per person, and the staff was very friendly and professional!

Two families rented electric bikes (10 people) our ages ranged from 12 years old to 52 and everyone loved it. It was a highlight of our vacation! Great paths, great bikes! Two hours was perfect. Pedego staff was incredibly friendly and patient. We would highly recommend this for all.

Yesterday we rented e-bikes for the first time and it was SO fun!! We had a blast! Excellent customer service. This shop was affordable and extremely friendly! One of the best customer service experiences we’ve ever had. We will definitely be returning regularly.

Super friendly and knowledgeable staff!! The store had a great inventory. Other stores said we would have to wait 6 to 8 weeks to get our two Boomerang bikes, but McDowell Mountain had them in stock immediately. They gladly ship them to us in Idaho and we saved on sales tax as well. Great deal!

We had a flight time change and looked for something fun to fill our morning before we departed for home. We showed up here right when they opened, and they already had all kinds of reservations for the day. They worked with us to give us a time window where they could still rent to us even though it would have been so easy to say they were full. They were amazingly hospitable and got bikes ready to go for us so quickly. They even gave us tips on where to ride. It ended up being the best part of the whole trip for everyone! Incredibly fun! Ed and Josh were absolutely amazing, and we cant wait to go back and visit again!

Great experience! I was very interested in these Pedal Assist bikes so I decided to check out myself. Great guys over there at McDowel Mt. location! They set me up to test ride a couple of their bikes and it was amazing! I called them back a few weeks later and brought two of my girl friends to take out for an hour and we had a blast. They loved the bikes! Can’t wait to come back and do it again!

This was a fantastic experience! Never laughed so much when I used the throttle! Love bike riding but this is a whole new experience and allows you to go farther then you ever could when using the pedal assist. You can work as hard or as little as you want, but for touring it was a joy and very easy to master for this over 65 lady:)

I needed a flat tire fixed and Pedego bikes took care of it for me quickly and at a fair price. I bought my bike in Denver so even though my bike is a brand they do not carry they were happy to fix the tire for me. The staff were friendly and courteous and all wore masks...I appreciated their thoughtfulness in protecting their clients’ possible exposure to COVID-19. Please consider buying your new electric bike from this new and promising bike store! We all need to support our local stores!!

Absolutely recommend Pedego! The bikes were well maintained with little extras like cell phone holder and saddlebags. Excellent service giving us detailed directions and training for our ride. The Greenbelt trail was very well marked and beyond beautiful. If you haven’t done this ride - it’s a must see. Don’t be afraid of the distance you can always use the electric power to coast back in style.

Ed provided great insight to the qualities in an e-bike that are most important to my type of riding and selected a couple in a proper size range to take on a trial ride. Very accommodating and informative. Had a lot of fun!

I had never heard of Pedego before but having done some research and reading the good reviews I decided to go to the store late one Friday. Josh and Chad, amazing customer care and product knowledge. I bought an Element off them and they were amazing from test ride to putting the bike together and helping me load it into the car. Great bike, great service. What more could you ask for!?

We were a last minute reservation. As out of towners looking for a quick activity this was absolutely perfect! Have been thinking about buying an ebike. Did not know anything until I met Josh and Ed. They are very knowledgeable and we’re very patient explaining the different types of bikes and batteries and how they operate. Took my kids there today and rented bikes to try them out. The McDowell Mountain Pedego Shop is the greatest! Jon and his crew have always given us friendly, quick service. When we had a small problem with a new trike, the shop picked up the trike, took it to the shop and fixed it, and delivered it back to us the next morning. Now that is service!! We never hesitate to give them a quick call and ask a question--and we always get a friendly answer. It is a five star business!

I was in the market for an E-Bike and came across your store some days ago. I always rode bikes as a kid and early adulthood but got away from it. Now I want to get my fitness back but I’m not that great in shape anymore. I had no idea about pedal assist or power readings and so on. Josh was there and was very informative. He was able to answer all my questions and told me what my proper fit for a bicycle would be. With great customer service and friendly advice from Josh I will be visiting again.

We were looking for something fun to do to fill a day while visiting the area. We rode down the green belt path and stopped for lunch. It was a nice way to see the area and spend a day outdoors. Jon was friendly and helpful.

We have rented bikes and purchased an electric bike form this store. They have wonderful customer service. The 11 mile green-belt path is nearby so it is great to rent bikes form this location. I have had my e-bike for a few weeks now and absolutely love it! They even deliver e-bikes for rentals when are family and friends come!

We rented four bikes and had a blast! Edgar was very knowledgeable and patient explaining to all of us the correct way to operate the bikes. Edgar selected the correct bikes for us and we all were fitted perfectly. Edgar also took the time to lead us for 2 blocks to get us started on the right path. Wonderful experience all around. Electric bike is in my future!

Great shop! Staff is really helpful. This was a big purchase and we did our research. These are independently owed shops and this one earned our business. We absolutely love our bikes and this is the best brand out there. We live 40 miles from the shop and the staff even made arrangements to ship us accessories we bought after the fact. I called and booked a mountain bike tour with Kent & Levy. They were both knowledgeable, friendly, prepared and fun ! My entire family met them at McDowell Mountain Regional Park and they had ALL equipment ready “to go” including mountain bikes, helmets, gloves, water & snacks. You received a quick lesson and you were off riding after seats and helmets were adjusted.We had never done mountain biking prior to this adventure but my family totally enjoyed it ! I would HIGHLY recomend using these two fellas for you won’t be disappointed. They checked in a few days prior to our trip, the day before and marked there location the day of the ride. If your looking for a good workout, beautiful scenery and a memorable experience then don’t hesitate and definitely book them. 5 STARS ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

That was the most fun I have had all year! I just got back from renting Pedego E-Bikes from Pedego Electric Bikes McDowell Mountain. I went out with my 3 grown children, and we had a blast. First of all, the entire staff was super friendly, awesome and helpful in every way. None of us had ever ridden an E-Bike before. The guys at the store showed us everything we needed to know, and then they gave us a terrific route to take on our self guided tour. It was really a perfect experience for us, as beginners. The store also offers guided tours, and they have a large selection of E-Bikes for sale...as well as rental. I am definitely going back as soon as I can for another ride, and then I will be making a purchase. This E-Bike experience combines everything that you would love about being on a bicycle, and amps it up with the ability to have the bike handle some of the tough work (like going up inclines) for you. This is truly an excellent way to experience the beautiful outdoors here in Arizona, while getting some exercise at the same time.

Needed a flat tire repaired and anti-leak fluid put in the tires due to the thorns wed encounter. They understood immediately, even checked the tires, not just the tube, to be sure there were no imbedded thorns that would puncture the new tube. Great work. Nice guys. And I was able to pick the bike up the next day.

Renting electric bikes from Pedego Bikes McDowell is a must! We rode on the marked bike trails through town, golf courses, parks and neighborhoods. The electric bikes helped with the small hills for our family to easily enjoy a bike ride with a variety of ages. We look forward to doing this again!
