Explanation of products great and the workers were excellent. Price was competitive. One complaint is shower remodel start date took 2 months to even start because of staffing issues and I had to call every couple of weeks because they didn’t call me to finally get a date

We are very happy with the repair service today. Mr. Adrian Flores came on time and did an excellent job in replacing our malfunctioned shower spout diverter. He tested it to make sure it works perfectly and cleaned up the work area before he left. He also happily answered our questions related to the shower and bathtub. I drive a truck OTR so my wife and five daughters are home and very weary of people they dont know being at the house. With that being said my wife said that Adrian Flores showed up and introduced himself (very professionally) and explained everything he was going to be doing. All in all he was super professional and did a super job on the tub/shower install. I would highly recommend this company and Adrian to anyone looking to have work done. also the guy that came and sold us the upgrade was very professional and in NO way pushy to sell you anything. I have had my shower for 1 year, the floor was slick. I contacted Bath Fitters and a technician came out the next day and put a nonslip coating with grit in it to assure stability when bathing. We are very pleased with the outcome.

The estimator was very professional and explained the product, pricing and procedure fully. The office staff.. not so much; I had to call them for an install date and had to call to confirm my appointment the day before the install. The lady I spoke to said they usually email their customers but they probably didnt have my email address...duh... try the phone! The installer, Lenny was awesome!! He arrived on the job with absolutely everything he needed, laid down mats to keep the floors clean, put his head down and went to work!! When he finished the walk in shower was better than expected and he left his work area cleaner than when he arrived. I would recommend Bath Fitters, LOVE THE RESULTS!!

After tailgating us doing 78 on the freeway, in the carpool lane, your fantastic employee, while driving solo in the carpool lane, flipped us off after we moved over so he could pass.If this is how you run your business, good luck, we will never use your services.

Had my tub converted to a shower. Kid was here all day but did a great job. A couple months into having the shower we noticed some of the silicone was coming up so we called bath fitter to get this taken care of and we were able to set up an appointment and they took care of us without any problems. Not only the most affordable but they stood by their work. Highly recommend

This is the prettiest bath Ive ever had! And at the best price of 3 quotes as well! Your guys were professional, polite, and on time. The plumbing was moved and theres also a life time warranty. They did an excellent job and left my bathroom cleaner than it was before they arrived. My bathroom turned out nicer than I expected it to be. Bath Fitter understands well what customer satisfaction and quality product is all about. They upgraded our 2nd bathroom and what we got was, indeed, better that what we expected. They are always 1 to 2 hours late for appointments. The wrong tub and fixtures were ordered so Joe had to make a second trip. The shower curtain was installed too low.I had to take 3 days off work just to get this done. On May 25, 2016 Jason, who said he was the GM told me he would call me back by Friday May 27th. Today is June 7, 2016 and I still have not heard from him.I guess if his workers couldnt get here on time why should I expect him to call.The first worker(Joe) was sent on another appointment that came in the morning that he was supposed to be at our home. That was poor customer service on the office. He gave me a credit on wrapping the window and a corner soap holder. If I could, I wouldnt give any stars, but you cant post without giving one.

A good experience. The shower was exactly as described, the price was fair, the installation was on time and finished exactly as expected. Cleaned up after themselves beautifully.Utidully.

A few years ago we had Bathfitter replace our bathtub with a shower. This was a great purchase. Since having it installed we have yet to have any problems, I did ask for Bathfitter to have someone come and check our shower faucet. The very next day a technician came to our home at the time promised looked at and replaced the detective part. You cant asked for better service. Keep them in mind when thinking about redoing your bath.
