Their rates are great and the personalized service is top notch. I love that they touch base a couple times a year. Theyre very responsive and Ive saved quite a bit of money with them. Highly recommended.

Ive always been a loyal customer of the Allstate Brand for so many years. My family and I relocated from the East Coast 3 years ago and at first I was skeptical thinking I wont find another Allstate Agency that felt like back home where you know your Agency on a name basis and treat you like family but I was wrong.. Steve Froehles Agency has such an amazing team of valuable employees that treat you and lookout for you just like family. I met Lorie the office Manager over the phone 3 years ago when we moved, believe it or not, even when I have not seen her even once personally, I feel like weve known each other forever. I have had Steve Froehle Allstate for more than 15 years now and Ive had a couple of claims with my windshield and I had one roof claim. Ive also had a couple of tow claims. Each and every time they were easy to access and I got paid right away. if I ever have a problem I know I can go directly to the office and it will be taken care of immediately.One time I was overcharged on my policy and I called the office. Within a couple of hours my problem was resolved you just dont get better customer service than that.I thought about getting quotes from cut rate insurance companies to maybe save a couple of bucks every month but Ive had cut rate insurance companies before and I just cant spend that much time trying to get a resolution and have a good day. Thats why I stick with Steve and Allstate.
