I would not recommend using this company for any insurance. I had Allstate insurance in Texas for years and I was always pleased with my service. Since I was relocating to Arizona and had to work with an Arizona office. Allstate provided Steven Terry office information, but not only were they unresponsive but made numerous errors on the drafted policies. They never sent me the draft polices for review, and after calling the corporate office, I discovered the error. Even after calling and emailing, I have never heard back from anyone at the office. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

I can never get a hold of my insurance sales Steven Terry. I have a couple of bogus phone numbers for him. Its been almost a year and six months. Is there really a Steve Terry?. I go into The Allstate on line account and all of the agents names are Steven Terry. Shmmmf.

I hate allstate. The app itself is absolutely horrible; it takes forever to log in and if you eventually get to log in, it tells you something went wrong and kicks you out so you have to start over again. Im trying to cancel my policy and the automatic helper cant even get me to a person.Progressive got me saving over $100 every month on 3 vehicles and allstate only had 2

Does not return my calls. Always have a problem with Allstate local agents. Will be switching to Liberty Mutual. Poor service.

Tried filling a claim agent could not answer my questions. I escalated call and same situation, then I call my agent but of course they don’t answer... Not my feeling like I’m in good hands

Ive been working for Steven for a couple of years now. This guy is the best boss Ive ever had. His commission structure is second to none. This guy makes sure that the people working for him are taken care of. Allstate is a very customer service oriented company. I switched from a company that I have been with for 20 yrs due to the fact they would not give me a more competitive rate. The rep I was assisted for the transition D.Smith was very patient and thorough and I was given the best rate available. The transition from canceling the old company and starting the new was handled efficiently and professionally by this agent.

I am beyond frustrated with this agency. I can never get a hold of anybody by phone or by email. I do not get calls back when I leave a message or when I send an email. What happened to client services, i am not a MACHINE. I am trying to reach them regarding my re-occurring payment and have left two messages, and sent an email this morning and have not yet gotten a return call or email. This is not the first time I have tried to talk to somebody regarding my policy and have not been able to speak to a human being.Once again no one is answering their phones. I went to get the lien holder removed from my car title and was told my registration was suspended due to no insurance...REALLY! what am I paying for each month? Now I cant get them on the phone to send me a reinstatement letter for insurance that has been paid and up to date from the time I purchased the policy, and to top it off I am on direct pay each month, so why are they not reporting to MVD? I am fed up!
