I have been a client of this State Farm office for over a decade. Over the years I have added car, home, business, a travel trailer and two life insurance policies. In April because of the pandemic my business had to close temporarily and I asked to defer a month of my bill. When my next bill arrived it was a balloon payment of 2 bills, which I paid 1 month and added some more money to cover part that I had missed, $550. Next bill had the next monthly installment plus the difference of what I missed then another “policy change” charge of over $300! When I asked what that was they tried to tell me it was for the month I missed, but that was already included. When I called the first time the guy who answered said that was weird and he would get back to me. No one did. I had to call and email. During this time I have paid and additional $400. A day later then send me a cancellation notice, that if I don’t pay July’s bill and the little bit of balance due by the 22nd, my bill is normally due by the 28th with a grace period, they are canceling me. I have not been happy with the level of customer service with this company for a while. But the way I am being treated over such a small amount of money is horrible. Oh I also pay for business interruption coverage and they aren’t going to honor it since government mandated shutdown are somehow not a relevant business closure to get the lost income insurance.Thanks for nothing State Farm and Dan Vukovic.UPDATE: after canceling all my policies and even getting a refund check I am still receiving bills from this place! They are now trying to say I still owe money even though I was canceled! This place is f*cking ridiculous.

I just recently spoke with Ken Sharp and he very politely, professionally and quickly wrote me up a new policy. The process was simple and straight to the point and he didnt try pushing any unnecessary coverage on to my policy. This is my first experience with this agency and it was a solid one! Im glad to be on board.

Dan was able to beat my current rate I had with LIberty Mutual. He was able to give me a very competitive rate. I shop for insurance at least once a year to make sure I am always getting a good rate and no other agent can give me the rate that Dan is able to. I was getting a state discount rate through LIberty Mutual where it was a payroll deduction. I thought I was getting a good rate but when you compare the yearly rate I was paying to what Dan quoted me he was able to give me the exact same coverages with a low deductible for $580 less than what I was currently paying. That is a savings right there, I can now use that savings I would normally pay a month to Liberty and actually buy some life insurance. Call Dan, what I like most about Dan is that he treats me like a human being, doesnt just sell me insurance or treat me like a number, he treats me a like a person and offers me the best that suits my needs as if it was for himself. If you want a local person, with a local office instead of a 1-800 number call Dan.

Quick, easy and painless! Dan and his staff were all very quick to help me with my insurance. I apparently was driving without insurance (Thanks Geico) and didnt even know it! Not only did Dan save me over $200 a month he helped me get a new car with a ridiculously low apr. I just picked up my new BMW today and I couldnt be happier!
