I cant begin to say how bad my experience was with this agency and Allstate in general since I moved to Arizona. To start, I had a policy with this agency and I bought a new car. I contacted the agency to transfer the insurance and they told me to call the 800 number. After 3 attempts, I finally got through to a human being who told me to call the agency. So, I called the agency again and this time she transferred me while holding the line. When the person she transferred me to asked what was needed, they proceeded to argue about whos job it was to make the change. I finally hung up because the agent was SO unprofessional and acted like a child. Without going into too much detail, Allstate also began an unauthorized policy on my fiancés car without even asking - they just started sending her a bill! I finally cancelled my policy with this agency and as a parting gift, they removed my auto-pay and didnt tell me that I had a balance owed of $35. Instead of contacting me, they immediately sent it to collections and I started getting calls and mail from a friggen collection agency after 25 days. This has been a nightmare! I guarantee legal action if this affects my credit. This is the worst customer experience Ive ever had. 20+ year Allstate customer and Im gone, never to return. BUYER BEWARE

Norm, I asked you to cancel my policy on 4/1 and you canceled my home insurance for 3/1. I’ve been calling and emailing and texting for the last 3 days with no response. I contacted the 1800 number and they said since it was my agents mistake you’re the only one that can fix it. I’m sure you’re getting my messages but I’m hoping to get a response some how. Let me know!
