The people at Caliber were great and the repairs top notch. Car looks brand new. Also they work regularly with USAA so that whole part was seamless to me. All I had to do was fill out an online accident report and take my car to Caliber. It was ready a week before the original estimate. The car was delivered back to me via tow truck to save mileage and was a great service for me. Outside and inside I have a new car.

This is the third time I’ve used Caliber, twice in CA and now in AZ. They are so friendly and helpful....from the receptionist to the manager. They not only fixed the dents and damage to the outside of the car but they also DETAILED the inside of the car (it was my 21 year old sons car and it was beyond a mess on the inside). Caliber repaired my bumper that had been smashed in by someone who backed in to me. They took care of everything with the insurance and did a beautiful job. I received texts informing me on the progress of the repair and when to pick it up. It was actually done a couple of days early! Im amazed at the cost of repairs in new cars these days for a bump at under 5 mph. Bumpers do absolutely nothing and are cosmetic only. That said, Caliber did a great job at restoring the car to new condition. Would definitely use them again.

Picked up truck saw fish eyes in the paint was told by Cody that its because there were chips in the paint before they painted it! Give me a break you think they would of done better prep work before painting it! I would of even paid more out of pocket if they could of done better prep work!

We brought our van in to get the drivers door fixed. Caliber had the lowest price around after comparing with 4 other shops. The work they did was very clean and accurate. They did the job in 2 days which was great since we dont have rental car coverage.The staff was very attentive and courteous. Ill definitely use these guys again if I need my car fixed.

I had a great experience at this shop. Some fool rear ended my NEW Civic and crushed the the back of it. I was pushed into the car in front of me and had front end damage as well. Working with Jerry was a pleasure. He understood my situation and could tell I was concerned about the outcome. He mentioned I could come in at any time and visually inspect the work being done. He kept me updated and answered all my questions. On the first update he recommended coming in now to see the progress. At that point all the damaged parts were off and all the new parts had arrived at the shop. I got to inspect everything and take pictures. He went over everything, it was great! They finished a head of time and I cant tell it was ever in an accident! I could tell Jerry loves, or at least really likes, his job. Which means most likely his company treats him well. Which most likely means caliber collision is a good company and attracts good employees. I think it shows. Thanks Jerry and all the employees whom helped with my car and my experience!

While on vacation in Scottsdale I received some nasty scratches on rental car. Needless to say my stress level went to 10. I went to Calibers because of their reputation in NC. Kyle Dennis and his staff, from the receptionist to the guys in the shop to my stress away. They removed all the scratches and got me back on the road. I would highly recommend Calibers on N. This place is in bed with USAA. I finaly caught them. I had to be sure. Well I got 2 estimates from 2 private places to get my car done. Then I took it to Caliber, for the 2nd time in 3 years, and they Price Gauged my insurance company so bad on a job that only cost $800, one center came in at $3,300 in Scottsdale, and since they were to busy, I took it to the office on Hayden Road. I told the girls up front that my insurance already paid the bill, and they said no problem. Lol, well they got greedy and told them they wanted more money. So now it is a Total Loss. Do you wonder why our insurance rates are so jacked up? Well I did not want to believe it the first time, but I cant let this go. Folks if you dont believe me, take it to the small guy who will be 100% honest with you. You wonder why Caliber is so big? There senior management team is doing kickbacks with the Insursnce Companies. Oh yes, and I have proof. These companies have to be held accountable.

My insurance company recommended Caliber Collision after someone backed into me in a parking lot. Calibers work was OUTSTANDING -- my 10 yr old Jeep looked like new. Jerry (my service advisor) kept me informed almost daily on the repair progress and answered all questions. Cami (receptionist) was most helpful with the paperwork, rental car return, etc.I was so impressed with their work, I had the hood of my wifes car repainted by Caliber; cost was 40% of what the car dealer quoted. Caliber matched the paint perfectly. Needless to say, my wife is very happy.If I ever need body work in the future, theres only one place Im going to -- Caliber Collision.

Incompetence. Brought my car here for a front right crash. Was told that it would take about ten days. After tear down I was told that it was going to take twelve days, which I though was excessive. I received daily updates for the next 11 days saying everything was on schedule. Got a call that evening informing me that the painting was complete and that assembly would be completed the next afternoon. On the next day when it was supposed to be done, I got a call informing me that it was going to take six more days. No explanation except that I should be happy they were taking the time to repair it properly. No communications from Caliber for the next six days. Later investigation revealed that they forgot to send the wheel out for refinishing. When they got the wheel back, they realized they forgot to order a tire, which took two days to get in. Having not received a call to pick up the car on the new completion date, I called just before close to inquire if the car was ready. This time the problem was the bulbs for the involved lights. No bulbs were order. Thankfully, a service tech went out and got the bulbs. He stayed after close so I could pick up my car. Bottom line is that Calibers incompetence in managing this repair cost me $422 in additional car rental fees. I wont be recommending this repair facility to anyone. Nice tech, but they cant manage a repair.

I was hit on the back passenger door of my car. I had put off getting it fixed for a while because I didnt want to be without a car for a week. However I wish I didnt wait so long. I took my car here and they had it back to me in 2 days!!!! You would never be able to tell that I had any damage at all!!! The price was fair and I was very happy! Anytime I need any kind of body work or windshield replacements I know where Im going to go and not have to worry!

After my cars driver side quarter panel got backed into accidentally by someone else and after his insurance accepted liability, I went to Caliber, after having some work done last year at the Caliber on Rio Solado in Tempe. I went to the Scottsdale location because of its proximity to my work down the street. Gerry Castellano was excellent, very professional and kept me informed every step of the way during the teardown and repair process. My repairs were completed ahead of schedule and its like the accident never happened. Cami, on the front desk was great too. I will definitely use Calibers Scottsdale location again should I need any other body work done and I will recommend them to anyone I know who needs work done on their vehicle.

I was recently the victim of a fender-bender, causing damage to the driver-side door of my Nissan Rogue. The door needed to be replaced…YIKES! MetLife provided 3 options for collision centers in my area within their “Car Care” network to expedite the repair process. I didn’t even have to hear the other 2 options. Caliber Collision has a fantastic reputation within my family and around the valley, and I immediately knew which shop to choose. I received a warm welcoming from Cami upon arrival to the shop. Having never been in an accident, I needed a lot of hand-holding through the process. Jerry Castellano provided the absolute best service I could imagine. He took the time to “dummy proof” his explanations for me, and took the time to help me understand what to expect throughout the process. I must speak to the impeccable follow-up provided by Jerry. The parts needed to fix my door were coming in under quality and my insurance would not authorize a brand new door. This resulted in unavoidable delays, but Jerry did a fantastic job keeping me updated and informed every step of the way. I appreciate the time taken to make sure everything about the service provided was that of an A+ shop. The quality of the service provided is more important to me than a day or two delay, and it was apparent that this was equally as important to Jerry. It is obvious that Caliber Collision of Scottsdale has found a gem in Jerry Castellano. He made me feel like my car was the only one he cared about every time he called with an update. Jerry even stayed late on a Friday to make sure he was there when I picked up my vehicle as a final “thank you” for my patience during the delay (completely the fault of my insurance and NOT Caliber). I hope that the unthinkable never happens to anyone, but if it does, they’ll be in great hands with the top-quality staff at Caliber of Scottsdale.

I havent even got my car back

Thanks to a glorious drunk driver on new years, my car had to visit this shop. I had sent a car to a caliber in California (thanks reckless people) in the past and decided to use it again. They gave me a quote, worked with my insurance company, and I went on my way with a rental car. Now my car was supposed to be done after a couple weeks, but some additional work had to be done so it was delayed a bit. Then the guys they contract to do the windows broke my rear window. So it got delayed a bit more. When I finally got my car back a month after I had given it to them I had a couple of new scratches in my back right window and some neat thick glue residue caked the inside of the cars support structures. Eventually when the Arizona heat starts heating up my car too many times that tint is gonna be the first to warp. Although, one of the supervisors in charge (John) of my car was very gracious and, of course, gave a lifetime guarantee of the work performed.

BY FAR WORST EXPERIENCE I’VE EVER HAD.I was in a car accident on February 12th. I immediately called Allstate and my agent recommended taking my car to Caliber Collision. He said that sales reps come into his office and mention that they will cover a rental car for the duration of the fix. Later, Caliber called me saying they would only cover 3 days of rental (a whooping $75). In a bind, I agreed and was quoted 3 weeks for my car to be fixed. At 3 weeks Bernie called me and pushed it to 4. Then another call pushing it to 4.5 weeks. At this point I’m getting excuse after excuse as to why my car is not done yet and a long list of work to be done. I then involve my insurance as they are equally unsatisfied with the time. Flash-forward and it is now taking 6 weeks to finish my car (March 25th) and guess what? It’s STILL NOT DONE. Here we are into 7 weeks. I was quoted Wednesday. On Wednesday they call and say Thursday. On Thursday they call and say Friday. On Friday they call and say 5pm Friday (note: the close of business is 530pm). Finally Gill calls and says he got approval for a few extra days of rental car coverage. 10 days. A total of $250 off. WOW.The worst part of this entire situation was the very obvious lack of customer care or concern. Besides for an early-on phone call Bernie the only time I ever talked to Caliber is when I called Allstate and they called the shop insisting they give me an update. I did not receive regular updates, I was not told of the delays in a timely matter. In fact, I even returned my rental car TWICE as the shop told me they would have my car done on a certain day. The third time I decided to keep it, and that was a good move on my part because they pushed the date back AGAIN.To recap:- I was quoted 3 weeks to have to have the car fixed and ultimately it took 7 weeks. Over TWICE the TIME quoted.- My only compensation for the extra rental car expense I’ve had is $250 of a $1,225 bill.- Here we are 7 weeks done and I have yet to receive an apology from anyone.Here’s the thing: I can understand a delay in a car getting fixed. Parts require shipping and sometimes and things need to be replaced in order. If the shop would have been up front with the delays, called me with updates, and worked with me to get things done quickly maybe I wouldn’t be so furious. A little customer service goes along way. And let me tell you: Calber Collision knows NOTHING about customer service, and nothing about a timely repair.I WILL NEVER USE OR RECOMMEND THIS SHOP AGAIN, and you shouldn’t either.

Took my car here to have work done. The vehicle looked worse upon return. I used to bring other cars here such as my Cts-V in August of 2015 but this place really has gone down hill. Even one of there top workers relocated to Carlsbad I hear.

They do a very professional job whether to fix a fender-bender or something larger. They really keep to a schedule and keep you updated with the repairs.
