Worked with Harold. Repair took a while for reasons that were weather and building related. But they made sure it wasnt rushed and returned back other than perfect. They got it done and the car looks great. Good if not better than new!

After I was hit at a stop light by a negligent driver my vehicle was towed to Penske on, 06/09. Thankfully, the driver had some sort of insurance (Allstate).Allstate sent payment for repairs to Penske on, 07/02, and I worked most closely with Harold who seemed persistent in the beginning and did his best to keep me in the loop with my claim.As expected, Allstate listed my vehicle repairs below the summary Penske initially provided. Harold emailed me, asking if I would be willing to pay the difference, I vehemently declined.On 07/01, Harold took a holiday and I was alerted via email that Harold’s backup was a person named Justin. On the same day, Justin contacted me regarding repairs.Although, Justin did not keep his commitment by updating me on 07/07, he seemed helpful as he ordered most of the parts during Harolds absence. On 07/08, Harold returned from holiday, but did not follow-up with me right away.After I emailed his point of contacts, Harold contacted me on 07/09, with an update, listing the additional parts ordered by Justin had not come in. All manufacturing - shipping had been delayed.On 07/09, Harold informed me that once parts arrive I would have to get beyond the inspection which included, four wheel alignment, and suspension, before giving me a firm estimated completion date ..I obliged.During this time, it took another week before Allstate approved the remaining repairs.On 07/16, Harold emailed me regarding additional suspension items. He explained that the parts would have to be ordered and a secondary summary was sent to Allstate.On 07/17, Allstate approved the secondary summary.On 07/19, Harold confirms the additional suspension parts were ordered.On 07/20, Harold emailed me the additional parts had been received, but he informed me some parts were changed for delivery on Thursday/Friday. I replied to Harold to ask if my vehicle would possibly be pushed back another week due to the additional delay?Harold never replied.On 07/23, at 5:22pm, Harold emailed me with a final update that my vehicle would be ready on 07/26.On 07/26, I certainly didn’t receive the “white-glove” service others boast about, but I will add that the receptionist who checked me in/out was superb and friendly. I walked outside and Harold motioned for me to walk over to the designated stall where my vehicle was located.I noticed my vehicle had muddy splash marks all around and when I looked inside, the back leather seats also had residue of dirt.All assigned repairs appear to look great. I purchased my vehicle last year, so unlike others, I’m not going to swoon about how my vehicle looked after repairs, as it was well kept like-new before the accident. The total cost of repairs = $12,519.55.

We got our car fixed here after an accident. At first the communication was rocky but I think that was from the insurance companies side. Once we had lees number everything went so smooth. Even getting it back. It was a brand new car and it still looks brand new! The person who put it back together took their time and made sure there was no detail left unturned

Needed a minor repair on my car. they told me they were very expensive and I could probably get it fixed someplace cheaper but I wanted somebody who actually knew my model car. The gave me the quote and it wasnt that outrageous, and was actually less than I expected. They got the car done on time. And to my surprise the final price was actually almost half what they quoted. So needless to say I was very happy to get my car back and pay half what I expected to pay based on their quote. And they did an awesome job top quality. Dealt with several adjusters, All them were very nice. They receptionist was efficient and knowledgeable.

After I got into a car accident, I had my car towed to this location. I was having a brutal time getting anything done from the other persons insurance company, who was at fault. I was assigned to Adi Heric, who was such a gem! Not only was he super personable, he was very sympathetic and understanding to my super stressful situation. With that, he was always available to communicate for any questions and concerns I had and he put his best effort to getting everything done in a timely manner, since I was only in the area for a short time. Penske is the official body shop and collision center for Scottsdale Aston Martin. So when I was rear ended in my 2008 DB9, I had the car sent here for assessments and insurance purposes. They were extremely helpful and always kept in contact with me, letting me know the process and what to expect as we move toward the eventual total loss of my car.Adi Heric was my assigned rep and he was always available to answer questions and made the process really easy for me. I would absolutely use them again if I needed collision work done on the replacement Aston.

Shallow... Very Impersonal (except for the receptionist who was a very nice person)... and I think the technician who tried to help me was trying to take me for a ride because he quoted me something on my car that I got for 1/3 less at 2 other body shops!!

Seth Saved The Day!! Had a blowout on the 202 west bound Wednesday 9/18. I was struggling to jack the truck with the pop sickle stick jack that comes with the truck. Seth pulled up behind me, grabbed his jack and helped me change out the tire. Even shed some blood on my behalf. Without his services i would have missed my management meeting. He was very professional and clearly knew what he was doing. I am very grateful that we have individuals like Seth in our society to come to the aid of others. Thanks Seth!

I had a Windshield replaced and a roof panel trim piece replaced. The work was outstanding. I couldnt even tell where they had taken apart any interior trim. I only have two suggestions for change: They didnt take the time to detail where the tape securing the glass was, so all the dust collected on the car while it was there shows in the tape adhesive residue on the brand new piece that was installed. Also, my car was there two and a half weeks for this repair. I understand that it was because of parts delay, however, in the future there should be at least one courtesy call made to let a customer know the status of their repair. Thank you for the great work!

Tal the estimator and the person that was in charge from the beginning was excellent and explained in detail all the work that was required repairing the damage. I know its a late post but still want to share.Because of some damage, my dealership/insurance had sent my car to Penske in March 2018. While they fixed everything very well, one thing they and I missed was the wheel alignment.A friend noticed it in the same year but I thought she wasnt right. Recently, when I did my car servicing as well as put new tires, both the different companies/auto-experts told me that the alignment is not right and it needs to be fixed ASAP or it will damage new tires.Since I do not let anybody else drive my car, the car professionals recognized the issue and informed me. I am not expecting anything at this point but just wanted to let everyone know. Probably I will fix it with a different company but hopefully I will see some improvement at Penske going forward.

Originally took our Jaguar in for bodywork and paint, April 27 2020 we picked the car up July 3 2020 and our rep wasnt on site to meet with us. There were issues we needed to get resolved, due to possible misunderstanding and communication with my husband ( who has traumatic brain injury). Since we were not able to meet our rep on pick up day..we made several calls, spoke with 6 different people and left 4 messages at the shop being promised they would get back to us....weeks later and thousands of dollars out of pocket, July 31 2020 we were finally able to communicate with our rep (who had been out sick,) and did communicate to us a resolution to solve our issues.Much appreciation to the team working with my husband and i and our vehicle during this pandemic and my husbands disability. The work weve seen was excellent...theyve done a beautiful job....my husband and i are just eager to have everything finished and have our car back in our collection.

Had minor damage to tailgate of Q7. Penske wanted $5896, couldnt take the car for 2 weeks, and wanted to keep it for a month. Wanted to replace with only all new parts including emblems, and nameplates. I asked if they could just repair and they said no. Independent shop repaired in four days for $1200. Good as new to my eyes. If you go here, get other opinions.

Very friendly and quick check-in, check-out. The car had both bumpers replaced and it looks as beautiful as it did the day I bought it! Only critique is when I made the appointment, I asked about a loaner car. I was told they dont do loaners like the dealership. The person I spoke to (male) did not mention that I could rent a car right by shop. I could have planned better with that information.
