I lived at Vintage at Scottsdale for about a year and the experience was excellent. I recommend this complex highly. The apartments are fantastic, amenities/grounds are gorgeous and well maintained, and Veronica and the whole staff/management team were attentive and friendly. I was always pleasantly surprised with how quickly and efficiently they would resolve any maintenance issue in my apartment. 5 Star experience.
If I could give Vintage at Scottsdale 10 stars I would. We are going on three years of living here and I wouldn’t change a thing! Veronica and Amanda are extremely caring and helpful with any questions or concerns we have had. Diego and Greg get the job done in a timely manner. I have never lived in a complex that was so quick to fix maintenance issues and I am so grateful for them! The team at the Vintage at Scottsdale does a great job of making this place feel at home. The complex is also in a perfect location! You’re right in the middle of everything, but without the noise! You’ve got Safeway, Costco, the Promenade, Starbucks, Walmart all within 10 minutes a way from you. Plus you’re only a 20 min drive from Old Town Scottsdale and Scottsdale Quarter. Thank you Veronica and the rest of the team for always taking care of us!
I would highly recommend living at Vintage at Scottsdale. The apartments are pretty nice. Nothing too fancy, but well taken care of.All of our neighbors were super quiet and chill. We almost never heard any of them. The office staff is very friendly and helpful. They always responded very quickly to any of our questions or concerns. The maintenance guys are incredibly professional and hard working. If you ever have an issue in the apartment they show up literally 30 seconds later. No joke (shout out to my boy Diego!)Overall, it was a very affordable, clean, and quiet place to live which was perfect for us.Cons:No gas grills by the pool. Only charcoal.
Have lived here for almost 3 years. Moved out due to purchasing a home but a great place to live. The property management and maintenance team are outstanding. Veronica, Amanda, and Greg are the heart of the complex. I have not had a major issue the whole time. The price you pay is affordable than most in the area. The customer service is what makes this place worth staying.
Great place to live at. The maintenance team is incredibly dedicated and hardworking, and the front office staff is communicative, friendly, and professional. As a renter it can often be difficult to find a place that excels in all aspects. In my experience, Vintage has been a consistently superb place to live.
Neighborhood - (5/5)close to safeway, walgreens, starbucks and other supermarkets. Yet, it is isolated from the noise of the highway.Safety - (5/5)There is nightly patrol and senior living neighbourhood. This is a safe place in any standards.Office Staff - (5/5)The staff in the front office to an amazing job. Always greeted and taken care of our requests on time.Maintenance - (5/5)Never had an issue. The request raised over the website is resolved timely with no issues.Apartment Facilities - (5/5)Pool, grass, gym, business center is well maintained. Lot of trees in the complex makes it pleasant for an evening stroll.
So far love this place. Manager is very friendly and accommodating. The pool and workout areas are very clean. 2 bedroom apartment bigger than most in the area. Nice to have a 1 car garage option as well.
Been here for a month, no complaints so far.Review after almost an year:Changing my rating from 5 to 4When we first moved here everything was brand new except the appliances (Refrigerator and Stove). Our Refrigerator is very small, never seen such a small one even in a one bed room apartment as well. We had a really hard time storing everything in it during PANDEMIC. It feels like wearing a brand new shirt, jeans and watch but torn shoes lol. No complaints other than the appliances, they are really ancient and definitely need an upgrade. Renewed the lease for another year.
Ive lived a lot of places in Arizona, and this complex has the best staff and maintenance people around. They are professional and courteous. The complex is nice, the pool is heated in winter and the gym is great. You couldnt ask for a better place to call home.
Wonderful & friendly management and maintenance crew!!Great location, clean and quiet!!Highly recommend.
An awesome place to live! We have been here almost a year now and I am so impressed with how clean and beautiful everything is. Veronica is fantastic manager and Greg is outstanding maintenance, right there as soon as we need him and very friendly. We have never rented an apartment before so we were skeptical but it has been truly wonderful living here. I highly recommend Vintage!
I move the 31st. The property managers are great so is maintenance. The only reason why I give 3 stars. As of this moment I have no water. Yet again! No warning.. no information provided.. no one to speak with. For such a small community Id think an email blast would be a good idea. This happened in the past at a time the office was not open. I had to walk around hoping to find someone that might be there to fix it. As well as actual tenants are inconsiderate. They do not pick up after themselves when it comes to trash. They just take a can and toss it straight into the dumpster & if it falls out.. well they dont care to pick it up. For the price paid & the location I expected more.
I have been living in various apartments for over 30 years. I have lived at this specific complex on 2 different occasions, for a total of 6 years plus. All I can say is that this place excels on all fronts. The location is excellent, the apartments themselves are spacious and in excellent condition, the grounds, pool area and workout facility are all well maintained. I received my ENTIRE security deposit back the first time I lived here. (And how often does that happen)I am still a resident. Veronica, who is the property manager, is without a doubt a true professional. I have owned several businesses through the years and I would have given my back teeth to have an employee who cared as much as she does about taking care of her residents, all while having a smile on her face. All in all you wont go wrong living here. I highly recommend it!
Veronica and Amanda are the best property management staff I have worked with by far. They are both very professional and courteous of their residents. They went above and beyond to make my experience a great one. There are also many stores located in walking distance which makes this property a perfect location as well. Would highly recommend.
Ive lived at the Vintage for many years. The office and maintenance teams are professional, accommodating, and friendly. Apartments are big compared to most.
The apartments are older but they are being refurbished. They brought in new management about halfway through our lease and they were great. Had a dispute with the neighbor downstairs due to us having a family of five in a second floor 3 bedroom apartment. We decided to rent before we bought a house as this is a new area for us. As it turns out, the floors are thin. But you have to know that this is normal in apartment living before renting. The Management was accommodating and understood. The primary maintenance man is awesome. Super nice and very helpful. I received my entire deposit back. I recommend being nice to the management, it seems to make a big difference. The price/location/mgmt is the best youll find in N Scottsdale.
Moved here from San Diego few months ago. From the moment I rented the apt from Veronica, I knew I was in the right place....her asst Amanda was a big help also. The apartment was in great shape upon move in...i did need a few things done and the two maintenance guys were very helpful and very professional....also, grounds really kept up well. All the stores I need are really close....big plus.Highly recommended Vintage at Scottsdale as your next home.
We just moved in to The Vintage at Scottsdale and I could not be happier. I love our new apartment. Its spacious and bright. I love the other residents, theyre all quite nice and very friendly. We are living in a 3 bedroom that includes a fireplace. From 3 windows of our home you can hear a trickling waterfall with a stream that is just so relaxing. Weve slept with our windows open every night since we have moved in.This was the cleanest apartment Ive ever moved in to. It was spotless in here when we moved in. The office ladies, Veronica and Amanda, are just absolute rays of sunshine. They made the move in process so easy for us, and they have been so welcoming and nice.We had the maintenance over the first day because there was a small problem with our tub faucet, and they got over here in like 3 minutes. Im not even kidding. Im used to waiting 3 or 4 days for maintenance to show up at our old apartment and I was just shocked. Chris and Greg both came over and replaced the faucet in less than 5 minutes.Ive lived in a lot of apartments and these feel the most like home out of any I have lived in. We just love it here. We love the floorplan and how the living area is separated from the bedrooms. We love the storage. We love the fireplace. We love our ice maker. This apartment community is amazing and we look forward to living here for many years to come!
Wonderful apartment complex to live in. The staff - especially Veronica and Amanda - are incredibly kind and helpful, maintenance issues were resolved very quickly, the grounds are clean and beautiful, the unit was completely pest-free, and the rent wasn’t bad for the area. Loved living here!
I am writing this post after much frustration and disbelief. Currently right outside my paper thin windows there are two men with chainsaws cutting branches in trees at 730 AM. Quiet time is clearly stated in the lease from any time after 10 PM til 8 AM. Not only are they breaking the lease every time it happens, but this has occurred multiple times a week for months straight. I honestly cannot believe the management at this community allows this to occur at all. I understand if they need to cut branches in trees but at least have the decency to do it after 8 AM! Also, this project does not need to continue for months and months. Any good management staff would allow this operation to take up maybe 1 0r 2 days. I make no exaggeration saying this has gone on for months at a time. The windows are so thin it sounds like a chainsaw is in your bedroom with you. I work afternoons into the late night and I have been woken up by this noise at least once a week (every Tuesday) most of the time before 8 AM since I moved in here. I am moving out in 1 month to a better community that actually cares about their residents well being. If you like loud noises at early hours in the morning and being woken up by the sound of chaimsaws and leaf blowers then this is the perfect community for you! If not stay the hell away.
I live here currently, my husband and I have been here about 3 months. They are pet friendly. Our apartment is a great size for a great price. Everyone is friendly and all the staff are always friendly and willing to help with whatever the problem may be. There are a few downfalls, that in my opinion do not weigh out everything else. Downfalls are tenants do not clean up after their pets and walls and ceilings are pretty thin. Other than that I really enjoy living here. It is a great area at truly affordable pricing.
My wife and I were in Scottsdale over the Christmas holidays . We are planning to move their in 2018. We looked at 9 different appartments or condo complex. We think yours is a great place to live.we were really impressed by your manager Veronica. She seems like she really cares for the residents.
This place would have received 4 stars if they had not treated me with such disrespect when I moved out of my apartment in October. For starters a pipe burst in the wall of my 2nd bedroom flooding my apartment and the one below terribly. I was moving out at the end of the month and asked if they could just prorate me for the last 2 weeks as the apartment was not livable (90 degrees, humid, damp and had about 8 industrial blowers blowing hot air) yet they insisted it was livable and would not pay any rent back whatsoever. I had to write them a letter saying I would take legal action if they did not prorate me rent back for the time the apartment was damaged (15 days to be exact). It was a lot of back and forth and them ignoring me. I also requested them to pay the electricity bill as I was moved out and did not rack up the high charge for that month... they paid $13 bucks of it when you can see on the bill that the days I didnt live there when they were working on it and running the AC was from the workers. Overall the location is great, people were great but if anything happens to your apartment dont expect them to do anything unless you take action with them. Also took them almost 30 days to receive my money back when the lease says 10 days by law...
I’m about to give a full breakdown of why I feel Vintage at Scottsdale deserves a 5-star rating. For starters, I rent a two-bedroom apartment and Vintage’s prices are pretty good. It’s a good size for two people and there is even enough to space to host a get together with friends. The appliances are good, above average, but that’s part of the price. I should clarify a bit, my previous apartment had nicer appliances like nicer dishwasher and a flat top stove, there was even a backsplash for the kitchen. I’m mentioning this because the cost of those nicer appliances was about $300.00 more a month, about 200 sq ft, the worst maintenance I’ve ever experienced, and parking problems (my roommate got a ticket for doing what the apartment complex told him to do, and they didn’t even take responsibility for it). Was that really worth the “nicer” appliances?I’ve been living at Vintage at Scottsdale going on three years now, and it’s likely I’ll be signing another lease with them. They really do have an amazing team. Greg, who handles all our maintenance, has been extremely attentive any time something needs fixing, which isn’t often. He is friendly, honest, and has been with Vintage for several years. I’ve never been concerned with him entering my apartment when I’m there. Which says a lot, because the previous apartment had a different maintenance person every month. Veronica, the property manager, and Amanda, Veronica’s assistant, have been amazingly attentive as well. They are very friendly and have open communication with their tenants. If there is an issue, they will listen to your needs and act accordingly (assuming your being reasonable, there is always an unreasonable person in every complex lol).Thank you for reading!P.S. Future tenants. In order to have a great experience like I have, it also requires some work on your end. Always be friendly and respectful to the staff and your neighbors, and I’m confident your stay here will be stellar!
Great place to live - Veronica, Amanda, and Greg are super helpful and friendly. Great community of friendly and respectful tenants.
Best place I have ever rented from lived there for four years and every complaint ot service request I had was dealt with fairly and in a timely manner. Thanks Vintage for being awesome!
We love living at the vintage at Scottsdale. We just signed our renewal for a another year. My family and I say this is the perfect place from management to maintaince everybody is fantastic
Management is not nice but that really nothing new about apartments. They close the office early sometimes. The utility bills here are very high. It runs about $200-250. On the plus side...the complex is very clean and extremely quiet at night. There isnt a whole lot of families that live here, the price is too high for them. Which is a plus if you perfer not to have a lot of screaming kids. The only downfall is management. The inside of the apartment is nice and spaceous.
Its all in the name. If you like to be nickle and dimed and have rat poop in your storage unit, floods from explosions in the water heater that you will have to pay for the damage when moving out & love to pay over 200 for a two bedroom apartment in ac alone due to the VERY OLD appliances then this is the place for you.
The overall service was bad because there is a bunch of fees you have to pay and the rent suddenly raises
The management is rude, unhelpful, shady, and non-communicative. Do Not live here, they turn the water off frequently, and do not repair items properly.
Scorpion on 3rd floor.Limited parking spaces. You will never get your deposit back. You WILL pay for carpet replacement, even if you there for short tirm. And more
