Throughout the entire press trip in Phoenix, Tai was the driver who drove us around. The moment I had landed, I had already received a text and a phone call from Tai, greeting me and welcoming me to Phoenix. Also, during the phone conversation, he provided proper instructions on where he will pick me up at the airport. The airport had many pickup spots so his instructions were welcomed and made me feel comfy right away.When the Black Luxury SUV pulled into the pickup spot, Tai shook my hand and introduced himself. He took my luggage and calmly and lightly placed them into the proper trunk space. He then opened the door for me to enter the SUV.The SUV was tidy, cleaned, organized, smelled good. Most importantly, the SUV had a good air-con, in Phoenix, it’s super hot, we are talking about an average of 45C (113F) to 50C (122F), so a well-maintained and functioning air-con was much appreciated. Let me tell you, I had been on numerous other private transportations and limo services, many of the limo buses or cars had sub-par air conditioning, they were either not cold enough or it’s not functioning properly. With sunny hot day in Phoenix, a good, operating air-con is a MUST and I am glad BOSS Transportation offers that.During the entire Press Trip, Tai had proper attire, from dress shirts to tie and dress shoes. I even gave him props for wearing such attire under high heat and wondered how he can do that under the sun but he did it.Tai is a very professional driver, at the same time, he is courteous, pleasant to talk to and with a good personal touch. He is also always on time! He will be there on time to pick you up at every spot. He also good at communicating with the clients if there are changes in the time of pickup or a change in location. He is flexible and versatile in terms of meeting our needs and requirements with our schedule and I appreciate the flexibility as long as it is within reason and makes sense to the itinerary.Most importantly, he is very knowledgeable with the streets, roads and all areas of Phoenix which he knows the best route to the destination and since he knows where everything is located, he gets to places on time.One KEY element which is very important to me is the trust that I have with Tai’s excellent driving abilities. He drives professionally, he drives at a speed that is comfortable for the passengers and he is always alert, focus and drive with care. This is very important to me and I am sure is important to many passengers as our lives are precious and our lives handed to the driver, so I felt very safe with Tai’s driving with trust.I highly recommend corporations, companies or anyone to hire Tai and BOSS Transportation to move around Phoenix and other parts of Arizona.Will I ever use Tai’s service the next time I am in Arizona? MOST DEFINITELY, without a doubt, I will use Tai’s excellent BOSS Transportation next time.

We took a trip to Arizona to get away from a long Idaho winter. My husband lost his wallet in Scottsdale. We spent hours looking, but gave up. We called the Airlines to figure out how my husband could board the return flight with out an ID. The process would be be difficult at best and no guarantee he could board. I received a messenger request from the owner of Boss Transportation Tai. Tai had found the wallet in the driveway of our friends condo. Tai went out of his way to try to locate the owner of the the wallet. This was not an easy task . My husband who Drivers license was in wallet does not have a Any kind of social media presence. Tai took the time to look through FB profiles to find mine. Lucky for me my FB profile contained a picture of my husband. He would not except any kind of reward. I would highly recommend this company as the owner is clearly a trustworthy person that will go out of their way to help others.
