By recommendation of the resort I was staying out, I arranged transportation to and from the airport. I received confirmation via email. Upon my arrival to Phoenix, I had received no notification on where I was supposed to meet the driver. I landed up calling and was told that that they had no means of contacting me (?) and that the driver was looking for me. We finally met and I was taken to the hotel. Upon drop off, I was told I had to pay cash. I explained that I didn’t have cash on hand and that they would have to use my credit card. Eventually, and reluctantly, he did but I was charged a credit card fee.On the day of my departure, my driver didn’t show up and after 10 minutes I called the company, After being placed on hold, I was told a driver would be picking me up shortly. There was no explanation or apology for the delay. Upon arrival at the airport, I was told to pay in cash. I told the driver he had to use my credit card, but he said he couldn’t and I had to give him cash. Because I was already late by not being picked up on time, I reluctantly gave cash, which thankfully, I had on me. I did ask what he would do if I didn’t have the cash but all he kept saying was that I needed to pay in cash.The company should be informing their clients if a cash only payment is required. Most people don’t carry cash with them. I was lucky that I had cash on me.It is also very unprofessional to be late for a service. The later driver was unfriendly and neither driver offered me a bottle of water. I arranged to have a better service and my expectations were definitely not met. I’ve had better service from Uber drivers and taxi drivers, as well as bus drivers.My recommendation is to not use this company - it was a waste of money.

Driver refused to drop off wife and daughter at American Airlines terminal. Had received a pickup opportunity and was in a hurry!!! He dumped them at Southwest Airlines a long way fromAA terminal. Was referred by Hyatt … never again.

About 100 of us with a high school marching band traveled last weekend from Tucson to Mesa. We had multiple stops and destinations on both Saturday and Sunday. We had two of the large charter buses and had an amazing trip! Our driver Al B was great! He was a great driver, very polite and courteous, as well as entertaining! The ride was smooth, both drivers were propmt, and the buses were very nice! I would certainly recommend them for future travels. Thanks guys!

Transtyle was the perfect transportation for our wedding weekend. We had a destination wedding which meant a lot of our guests were coming in from out of town. We had a 57 passenger charter bus for our Meet and Greet in Scottsdale that was able to take guests back and forth from the Hilton Garden Inn Old Town Scottsdale to Isabellas Kitchen then again on our wedding day to Encanterra Country Club to Hilton Garden Inn Old Town Scottsdale which was an hour drive. It made us feel great knowing our guests had a way back to their hotel and there wasnt drinking and driving. Thank you for being on time and handling our rowdy group.

Had better service in other places. Driver seemed busy and like it was a hassle to arrange pick up at the airport. I also tipped cash instead of it being charged to card - after noting that on the receipt/bill I see 20% gratuity was also added after the fact. So despite being less than satisfactory the driver managed to get double the gratuity...

Professionally handled our needs from booking to final invoice. Drivers were prompt and extremely courteous. Transtyle was even able to adjust route to accommodate a last minute change without any issue. They exceeded my expectations. Will use again when Im back in the area.

Stephen quoted a price of $780 gratuity included based on vehicle availability which he indicated he was able to accommodate us for our event. I requested an invoice one month prior to our event to ensure payment and was billed $1,080.00. When I question the discrepency he would not take ownership for the error. The situation has been elevated Andrew who has not had the courtesy to return phone calls after 4 messages had been left for him. Take about poor customer service and lack of ownership for an pricing error on their end! SHAME ON YOU!

I was charged $56 to go 4.5 miles (dinner to my house) Uber black is much less of a rip off! Wow!

After being behind a couple of these on the freeway today I can guarantee I will never use this company. I watched them cut off car after car, speed up and slam on the breaks over and over. It was hard driving next to them I couldnt imagine actually being a passenger.

So well set up! We really appreciated Dean and would like to have him again for our return trip!

We had a great ride from Phoenix airport to The Phoenician. Driver was good, car was clean, ride was smooth. All in all, a great experience.

Driver for this bus company was impatient and honking behind my car even though there were people in the crosswalk where I planned to turn right. The bus driver then cut me off, almost hitting my car in the process, so they could turn right again forcing cars already there to back up and pedestrians to stop crossing or be smashed. Very inconsiderate driving. If the drivers for this bus company are so easily irritated and irresponsible when driving I would never use their service and suggest other vehicles on the road be wary when these buses are on the road. A big city is not the place to exhibit road rage when youve got the lives of not only your passengers, but the local people to consider.

It would be nice if the driver new I paid with credit card in Advance of travel. Hes like how do you want to pay and I have receipt on email??Puts customers in a bad position.Todd

This company came at the recommendation of the Fairmont Hotel. I needed to go to a restaurant less than 5 minutes from the hotel. The driver who drove me had no idea where the place was. He was supposed to be able to pick me up but he was unavailable so I called dispatch. 5 calls and over 30 minutes later someone finally arrived saying he only received the call 7 minutes earlier. Terrible customer service. Would not recommend using them.

Just one of your Black SUVs license plate number TRANS216 on the freeway. He cut me off with no turn signal, then proceeded to repeatedly tap his breaks. As I went around him I see that he is on his phone, holding it up to his ear, the car in front of him is a football field length in front of him and he was doing 45 in a 65 MPH zone. Get this guy off the road before he causes an accident.

I used Transtyle for both my airport transfers and as a means of transportation to an activity and back to the Fairmont Princess property. For all four trips the drivers were very safe, friendly and very courteous. They also opened your door to give you that luxury feeling. The driver stopped at whole foods at my request to pick up some in room snacks for a very reasonable 15 mins. and and a small addition to the bill for minutes beyond that which was explained courteously in advance so you knew what to expect.As a travel agent I would highly recommend this service to my business and pleasure clients having comfort that they would receive first class service.Airport note: If you are a travel agent, ensure you clearly state whether you want pick up inside or outside the terminal as the terminal signage is not very clear so if outside you will want to provide your clients clear directions...the limo sign is sort of hidden behind a pillar. With my clients I will be requesting drivers meet clients in the terminal at baggage to ensure they are not frustrated by the airport signage or lack there of.

Dishonest overcharging company. We asked for a taxi from wekopa to Las Sendas Golf course. We were not informed that this was a private car arranged by our hotel. 104. 00 Canadian dollars. Such a rip off and when asked to talk to a manager. No one was available. Rip off. Do not use this service!!! Uber cost us 24.00 to get back.

Just watched your driver driving a bus up north of Phoenix on the 17 erratically. Ran two people off the road and then caused a wreck and just kept on going! Your company put my family and others on extrem danger. Just a reminder that your drivers represent your company.Even i will not give a 1 star, but unfortunately i have no option.

Overall utter foolishness and certainly not a worthy service. Despite a reservation made hours in advance, all details of passengers, flight number, arrival time etc. Transtyle was not prepared, did not have a car and did not have the courtesy to inform me, all they did was go on the apology tour. Never used Uber once in my life, but will try it next time. Overall very disappointed and was embarrassed in front of my family.
