CEL on my Infinity G35 came on they diagnosed it and replaced the faulty exhaust sensor no complaints.

I just picked up my daughters 2005 Honda Accord Hybrid after getting the hybrid battery replaced. I called around town to see who installed them and found the ones that did used batteries that didnt get good ratings. After doing my research I called Duncan and talked to the owner Matt. He said he would put in the battery I bought (they also have others).The battery ended up having a part that was being finicky and Matt was dedicated to getting it fixed. He went way over and beyond what he had agreed to do and even kept with his original price, even though the part took longer than anticipated.Highly recommend Duncan AutoTech, not that they need any additional business. The place is always packed!

This shop saved my bacon, today.After being turned away by two smog stations, yesterday because of a broken dashboard, the guys at Duncan Auto Tech unhesitatingly offered to do whatever they could to resolve the dashboard issue so I wouldn’t have to submit an application to a “referee” in San Jose.I can’t lose any more time from work. Needed to smog and register this truck in order to stay working. These guys had me in and out within 20 minutes. They knew what to look for and just got it done. The other shops wouldn’t even try. One shop owner laughed, then, told me to “Google” for what to do next!ALL of my vehicle service will be going to Duncan Auto Tech going forward.

Called to get info the clerk was disrespectful and insulting if how they do business is how they treat their perspective customer complete fail. The guy never gave me his name. I enquired about a check engine light and he told me that other places do it for free then wanted to charge me 100 for the same service got angry at me for pointing this out and hung up on me I wouldnt recommend this place to people I dislike. Completely unprofessional. Take your money and buisness some where that will treat you like a person .
