I dont usually write reviews unless I am extremely satisfied or very disappointed.Chinos falls under the extremely satisfied category for me.I purchased Lexus RX and the previous owner had serviced the car at Chinos and thats how I started going there. I cant say I got the best deal on my car, but thanks to that I found the best auto shop by far (and I can say Ive been in a few different auto shops). I now take my whole family cars there from oil changes to complex engine repair work. I drive from Arlington Heights to have my cars serviced there. What sets Sam and ALL guys there apart from other auto shops is PURE HONESTY and they are TRUSTWORTHY. I never felt like they tried to overcharge me or do any unnecessary repair. In fact, it is the opposite - many times Sam will say theres no need to do something that other shops will try to charge you for. But dont let this give you wrong impression - they do quality work and are very professional.Me and my family will be customers for life! I highly recommend this shop!

Been coming here for about 5 years. The only mechanics I trust. Sam is great and the mechanics all do awesome work. Extremely fair pricing with Sam and he always gives me discounts. They’ve done work on my Murano and my Audi A5

My new Go-To.Front passenger side axle snapped, I guess this is common in Hondas. Couldnt go anywhere so a friend recommended this place. I called AAA and had it towed here.Gave a call ahead of time and was quoted a price below what a mechanic friend of mine suggested was market rate. They had the job done in under 3 hours. Which I found surprising considering I pretty much just showed up.Very honest mechanics in my opinion as I wanted to wait a few months to write this review, *knock on wood* but the car is still running great.Thanks!

Genuine workshops do exist! What an awesome experience, soo kind and soo affordable. They just helped me with my Audi A5, super delighted.
