Installation began on time in the morning. Installers were professional, courteous and did more in the attic than I anticipated with the existing ducts and all the connections to the new unit. Lanier Heating Air Conditioning installed a water heater for me, and did an excellent job doing it. puts my old one to shame. The technician had to remove the washer and dryer and did it with ease. He installed the water heater with no problems. He was very professional and cleaned up as he went. Nick kept me informed with the process and was very honest and friendly about my questions. He always communicated with me as to what needed to be done. The technicians did a great job and worked over the weekend to accommodate my schedule.
