Henson Heating & Air Conditioning installed a brand new propane boiler heating system in our home a few months ago. From the beginning they were professional, pleasant, and responsive. They came out and talked to us about our options, cost, and so on and sent a detailed estimate. They were great about communicating and scheduling and the work was done the right way the first time and on-time. Weve been very happy with our new system. I would definitely recommend them.

These guys are great! Out of several companies that we called out for service, they were the only ones that came out the same day, even in the rain. All others told us they couldnt come out until at least 3 days later. Mike came out, was really nice and explained what he was doing. We quickly got a quote and Mike came back out the next day to replace the part that needed replacement. They came to the rescue!! Called Henson Heating & Air Conditioning during one of the hottest days on record because our A/C quit. They came within an hour and had us up and running (and cool) within the next hour. Enoch was amazing to work with. He informed us of his arrival time and made it on time. After taking time diagnosing the problem, he walked me through what he would do to correct the problem with the furnace. He worked tireless and the process took much time than expected since the problem was bigger than what we thought. Finally we had our morning heat back thanks to Enoch.

Having my water heater system break down, I called my neighbor who recommended that I call Henson Heating & Air Conditioning whose services are 24/7 hour and has an emergency line. The neighbor was kind enough to provide me with the emergency line number. Upon calling, I was transferred by a polite switchboard operator to a technician who keenly listened to my problem. He promised to come within the next thirty minutes and assess the situation and sure enough he was on time. He also carried a spare part he thought to be the one causing problem through my explanation on phone. It was magical as the water heater started to function again after replacing the broken part.
