Everyone was friendly and helpful. Service was fast & prices are cheap. No credit check & they will work with you and the employees make you feel comfortable while waiting for your tires to be changed. My six year old didn’t mind the wait that’s how comfortable we were made to feel. I would definitely recommend anyone

Initially the wait time was very long on a Thursday to get 4 new tires installed. The tire had a flat once I got it home turns out it was a loose stem where the air goes in the tire so I had to come back to get it repaired. This resulted in me using one of my service calls with roadside and driving 50 miles back to get it repaired. Angel the account manager was professional, empathetic and assured me they would make things right. If I didn’t have to come back it would have been a 5 star rating.

I’m only giving four the experience was great they were nice but on my way home which I live 45 mins away I couldn’t go no more than 50 miles an hour anything over that my car was bouncing come to find out my tires were not balanced correctly I’m not able to get back to Savannah because of work right now

Theyre really great from my first visit looking to my finally visit of purchasing. With everything good theres always a few short comings. I wasnt told of a certain document they needed to complete the process and copies of our contract other than that everything else was explained and handled with true professionalism. I knew what product I was, when it would be here, total price the entire works...even a monthly break down if I chose that route.Overall great experience.

I wasnt going to leave a review but after I called about my bill, I was extremely frustrated with this company. I will never use this company again nor recommend. First, they couldnt get my back tires off and I had to call the dealership to handle the issue (which meant I had to go back up there a 2nd day). Second, I was up there for 4 hours and they said it would only take an hour. Third, they did not put my tires on correctly and it could have caused a lot of damage to my car if the dealership did not catch it. Fourth, associates were on their phones and cussing. Fifth, your warrant is not included but instead only a certain amount goes towards your tires and the rest goes to all of these other fees. Sixth, when I called the associate could not tell me how much my exact total was for the tires. Luckily, I found the paperwork. Instead of paying a little over $1,000, I will end up paying over $1,400 without interest.

I have had a wonderful experience with RNR Tires from beginning to end. I have wanted new rims and tires since I bought a new vehicle the time seemed right to do so. My experience has truly been easy with choosing the rims and tires. I will definitely be back with my other vehicle and also referring others to my experience.

Really easy to do business with. I was in and out with the new tires in the same day. Everybody was friendly and norm is the guy to ask for. They all were friendly.

Before I even went to the store. Ms.Quita displayed professionalism at its highest degree. I told her I had a hearing issue via text due to being a 3 war military veteran. She said : no problem. She took her time and explained everything so awesome. I sent a pic of my vehicle. The size I needed wasnt in stock. However, she sent a pic of what she had. Told me : this will work for your vehicle Mr.Glover. boy it looks awesome. This young lady took me thru every detail & then some with a coke. Major professionalism & she represented her team with a blessed &humble disposition. 7 stars. HOOAH!!!

I will never step foot in another rent n roll ever again. We bought tires once in the past for our f250 and had no issues.... new management is a sad excuse for management. Went in 2 Friday’s ago, ordered rims and tires for our truck. Supposed to go and have them put on this past Saturday, didn’t happen, they sold our tires that already had a deposit paid on them and “they don’t know how that happened” so ordered more, had a conversation with them Friday night before we was supposed to be there Monday to have both installed, everything was good, no issues.....at that point anyway....... got to the store, they pulled our truck in, gave them all the paperwork they asked for, they knew everything about the truck....can’t get the rims from them, they have to be financed through someone else and would have to pay an additional $600 deposit on top of the $100 we already paid!!!!!! Told them to back our truck out, give me money back and go somewhere else........didn’t offer to try something else, didn’t offer a different kind of rim, didn’t seem to want to even try to fix it!!!! And what made it even worse is the manager wouldn’t even speak to us!!!! Left the dirty work to the awesome and sweet sales lady!!!!! She tried to apologize I told her it wasn’t her fault, I wasn’t upset with her....... some business!!!!!!!!!!! Supposedly refunded my deposit, I haven’t got it yet, will see!!!

Always get promises on paper. Have them show you the New TPMS sensors the claim to install. Mine were used. Im not letting this scam go unnoticed. This is just the icing on the cake. What drives me most is all the business I referred and my car created for them. Thats what theyre missing. I might just be one guy, but my voice is listened to be many.

I called and explained what I needed. They said ok we have one for you. I get there a half hour early as requested to find out they had sold the only tire and rim to fit my truck. When I asked to speak with the employee that I talked to. He was gone for the day and I literally just talked to him. Then they tried to put me on a new tire to fit the current rim I have a they I have. The rim that I’m trying to get rid of. The tire and rim I picked out was still in the store on display. I feel like I was being tricked with their “blowout sale” I was sent via email. Basically a lure. I’m not your ordinary fish. I don’t just take any bait. I will never do business here or refer anyone to this place. It’s a place for taking your money and only getting what they want you to have. I wouldnt even give them one star but in order to comment you have to. So again another lure to get points.

I popped a tire on my way to the area and quickly pulled off to this location. I was greeted and spoke to someone immediately as soon I walked in the door which was pleasant. I showed them the problem and asked if they had the tire model in store and if it could be replaced, both of which I was told yes to. I told them I was also in a hurry if its possible to have the tire replaced within less than an hour for I had meetings to go to. I arrived at 2:45. **I understand that I might not have been their first priority since I was a walk-in.** I continued to purchase the tire in regards that they said it could be done in less than an hour. I stood around waiting for 2.5 hours until finally my car was done and tire replaced. If I knew that it would have taken so long, I would have purchased the tire from them and popped it on myself. It was a simple flat tire that took them 2.5 hours to change. I left at 5:20 not only missing my meeting but leaving discouraged. If I knew they couldnt replace a flat tire in the time they told me, I would have gone elsewhere or changed the flat tire with the emergency tire the car comes with. Just simply too long of wait time when I was told it could be done in less than an hour.

Came in to drop off my rims for new tires and balance. I had to come back the next day so the tires could be sent to the shop. The wait was a bit too long being that it was already after 3 and I walked in at 1:30 the next day to pick them up. Once they were done I installed them but unfortunately one of the wheels is not balanced properly on the front passenger side so my wheel shakes and pulls to the right. So I’m doing the small things first like lowering the tire pressure and swapping the wheels around to see I it gets fixed before I take them back in. All and all it was a pleasant experience and everyone seemed to be very friendly.

My fiancé and I had the worst experience at RNR tires on Derenne.He purchased four brand new tires from another tire company a few weeks before getting the services (front alignment & rims) done here at RNR. So before the services were done, the tires were never used! They were brandnew.He noticed two months later ONLY the front two tires were so wore down they are going to split any day now . Once he noticed the tired were tearing it made him look at the truck even more. The truck was not lining up with the tires - meaning the alignment was not done correctly. The back two tiers are still in perfect condition! The from two tires are not straight & will split any day.We went back to RNR. We were told to pay for another pair of tires. If the alignment was done correctly we would not be in the situation we are in now. We were told no managers were in for a whole week. We were told to call Head quarters & leave a message. But at that point we knew we weren’t going to get any return calls or help. I will never use or refer any one to this place of business

My family & I were on vaca with friends when one of our cars suffered a last minute tire issue. It was the end of the day & we we’re leaving early next day. They sounded great over the phone, on Saturday I got there at last minute before they close and they had the items i needed ready for me. I paid CASH. In meantime i found out that i dont need the items so i when back on Monday to return it and I was told I cannot get a refund because i paid CASH!!!!??? SOMETHING FISHY.... I keep reaching out, messaging and emailing multiple addresses so far no luck, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL

Had an appt for 2. Waited until 3:30 to be spoken to again. Finally at almost 4 they take the truck back. We leave at 5 only to get home and realize they put a brand new tire on the wheel of the spare 🤦 so we are still here at 6pm waiting for them to swap it back. When I went to the counter to see what was taking so long I found 7 staff members laughing and talking. Dont waste your time going here.

Rent and roll killed it today. I had a bad blow out this morning on my way to work then made the call to see if they could schedule me in today on a very short notice . It took Kevin (employee) a few minutes to work the schedule so that it wouldnt be a problem. Arriving at the shop LATE do to a wreck the front deck stayed cool as a fan then took my keys helped me with a little bit of paper work and jumped right on to fixing my tires. It really didnt take them no time Rock (employee ) gave me the run down on issues with my car and how they were going fix it... i got my car back .like floating on a cloud the car hasnt drove so smooth since I bought it ...thanks again rent and roll yall the truth!!!

Stay away from this place!!!! I went there to get rims and tires for my brand new vehicle got to the back to sign the paperwork and I see they put pre-lease tires on my brand new vehicle. They did not tell me that they were putting preleased tires on my vehicle, I would have never went for that!!!! I made them take them off and put my original set back on. They asked me to come back in two days so that way I could get the new tires put on, I went back alright!!!! Only to get a refund, they are crooks they also told me it was 15 months “same as cash” that was a lie stay away from this place!!!!!! I ended up going around the corner and paying cash for my rims.

I bought tires from the RNR location in Savannah Ga about 7 or 8 months ago. When tires was first installed on rims I already had. My car rode smooth and I loved it. During my 6 month same as cash period I made sure to take my car back to them for re balancing and rotations. Everything seemed to be the same at least until I finally paid off my tires and needed them re balanced again. After leaving my car was still vibrating. Call back for them to re do them and the same thing was still happening. Once again after that time and Now again today 7-25-2019. This has happened 4 times to many and I’m starting to feel like that location is only worried about making profits and not the quality of service giving to the customers. Yes my tires are paid off, but I still should receive the same service as I did when I first drove off with 4 brand new tires costing almost 600 dollars. I’m very upset and disappointed in this location because I had high hopes about being a long term customers. And they’ve honestly lost my trust. ✌🏾

Best service in Savannah. After a long hard or ordeal from a 24-hour tire shop( to remain nameless) straining me on the side of the road for three days and missing work for 3 days after going and having a tire replaced.Was very nice helpful very warm feel about the premises.Went well beyond the call to help me out, very helpful trying to find a new set of rims and tires. And even though I didnt purchase anything today, they still try to help me out by looking at the tire I was having an issue with.This is way more shops in Savannah need to be I wish I could give them 10 Stars excellent service and very pleasant staff to everybody at the shop and inside.

Soon as I walked in and asked what options I had for my truck,I was instantly told they have no options for my truck and will not be getting any for my truck either!The guy said thats why you dont see f150s with rims,I see F150s with rims all day long

I walked in off the road....just inquiring to purchase new rims and tires straight out...I was instantly greeted by Tevin...who welcomed me with a smile...I told him vaguely of what I was looking for, he grasped what I was looking for, and pointed me to the special order book...and zeroed in on the exact wheel I had in mind. He then explained the benefit of their 6 months same as cash, and talked me out of buying straight out...I was extremely satisfied with the level of service I received at this establishment. I was even engaged by the home office staff which was on site, which was an awesome person as well...I will recommend all of my friends and family to do business with RNR!

Called them at 5:34 to see why they were charging me more than what I was supposed to pay. The girl on the phone didnt want to help and had an attitude, she proceeded to act like someone was talking to her and cut me off. All she said was hold on and put me on hold. I waited and waited and didnt hear from her so I called the store from my other phone and she answered again while I was still on hold . I think that was her way of avoiding me. She was no help at all. You guys need to do better with customer service .
